Review 1：Air conditioning did not work! We were so hot both nights of our stay. I asked the staff for help, but there was not much they could do - the air conditioning system is very old and they only cool the rooms slightly. Also, I feel $150 Euro was way too high for an uncomfortable stay in this area for the number 7 from 8 hotel.

Review 3：Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, everyday cleaning.You can have breakfest 7.30-10.30, in my opinion it was good assortiment. Lunch and diner were in a la carte restorant. I stayed in a single room, there was small window and the room was pretty small, but twin rooms or bigger rooms were very spacious. In the public area was very good wifi, in the rooms were not. The terrace was nice too.

Review 6：The staff did not find our reservation, we had to talk to booking tomake it clear, but still did not happen anything. Than we showed thedeatils of the room price transferred one month ago, than they found thetransaction and apologized.Parking is at the back of the hotel, not easy to find for the fist time as there are no signs. Only a few restaurants in the city, not much to do at the evening, the hotel had only two menus to choose from both with two courses.. Lack of english knowledge from the staff, however they tried to be helpful.

Review 8：The internet connection is poor, it works partially only in the main lobby. The hotel staff is friendly but has very limited ability to speak English.

Review 9：The location is the best in Santa Cesarea, right in the midddle of the main street, facing the sea. One of the thermal spa can be found next to the hotel, others are just meters away. The hotel provides its guests with discount to access the beach and outside sulfur pool facilities.

Review 10：Wi-fi in the lounge was very good. Tasty biscuits with tea served in the bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were allowed late check out as we had procedures booked in the Santa Cesarea Terme. Wonderful location next to the Terme and two charming rocky beaches.

Review 11：An absolutely beautiful hotel With a wonderful past history. The staff are all friendly and helped me out to get to a ticket that my own agency couldn't get to. The Internet wifi in the ground floor is excellent. I was happy.

Review 12：We expected more from 4* hotel. The room was really tiny, bed made a terrible noise, one night there was no hot water in the shower, my girlfriend once blocked herself in the bathroom as the key broke at the door, breakfast is not very tasty, etc...

Review 13：The location is nice. Although Santa Cesarea has no real beches it is located between Otranto, Porto Badisco and other great beaches inthe Southern part of Puglia. Thus is it a great place to stay to travel around by car. Hotel is in the heart of Santa Cesarea what is good for having a drink in the evening. However do not expect any crazy parties in Santa Cesarea. The hotel has a nice terrace on the 3rd floor to drink wine or sunbath. The staff was very nice and helpful!
