Review 6:Bed and pillows are hard. Pool closed at 7:30 pm.

Review 7:Close to Padua, Vicenza, and Venice. Lovely small town. Great pool...which was really one big hot tub. Location to good small restaurants and bars. Lovely town to stroll in the evening.

Review 8:The beautiful hotel is perfectly aside from the fact that its difficult to find a free parking space at the weekend. Swimming pool is nice, but in 19 hours excluded current jakuzzi and other facilities, leaving only hot water ... Breakfast was not diverse enough, no hot kitchen and the price of the hotel was not level! We asked for bathrobes for the pool, but never brought us, and the way the rooms to the pool is a long corridor was very cold!

Review 9:The pool was nice. The staff was friendly

Review 10:Very loud music coming from bar area on Friday night in hotel until 1200midnight. It was after 1000 pm and not pleasant at all. We asked them toturn it down alittle. It was kareoke night, but only one person in bararea. Music was turned down until we left, then turned back up. We wereon the third floor and the music was just too loud after 1000 pm. Notvery considerate for the rest of the people in the hotel trying torelax. Bad example to show guests.

Review 11:Hotel could well be a 4 star if the managing team make some effort to modernise their services. I have the impression that it is an old family own hotel so services is really easy. On the first morning, my husband and I waited for more than 15mins in the morning for our coffee to be serve because the old waitress was complaining to other guest that she had received a call at 0630am in the morning to return to work. Being a guest at the hotel, I do not think is necessary to know the internal affairs of the hotel. I find this very annoying.

Review 12:Hotel is very well located. We were there for 2 nights so we did not get the chance to used the hotel spa facilities. Saw the spa menu and it seems interesting and reasonable. Breakfast was decent with good choice of sweet cakes, pastries and cold cuts. Overall the decent 3 star.

Review 13:The room was quite small. They chaged us 26 Euros for the bathrobes for 3 days. This could be mentioned somewhere. It'a a bit odd to charge for bathrobes if you are a thermal hotel.

Review 14:The pool was nice. The staff was friendly.

Review 15:The personnel does not speak English and do not respect booking.com prices. They issued us an invoice equal to the hotel prices in situ and it took a lot of talking and phone calls in order to have them change their minds. The owner does not know booking.com policies and refuses to adapt to the requirements even if we presented the booking bill received from Booking.com. If booking.com guests are not welcome and they refuse to accept the policy of booking.com they should stop advertising through booking.com We felt very unwelcomed and will definitely never return. The hotel boasts with certificates of quality proudly and visibly displayed on their walls but they surely do not deserve them.

Review 16:The half pension meal is pretty ok considering the price we paid for it with the booking.com discount. Small rooms but clean. Very old visitors. The thermal treatment on the ground floors gives the hotel the feeling of an old people's home or rheumatic hospital. The hotel is mostly popular with old Italians (70 plus) coming here to treat physical dissabilities. If you are younger and on holiday you will feel sorry to stay here. The pool is very small and the commercial photos present it in a romantic way which it is not at all. It is jammed in between a narrow yard parking, a connecting glass tunnel and adjacent buildings. A lot of noise as lots of the hotels on this street share the same yard and balconies face the yard too. The hotel has no green spaces. You cannot relax here. The terrace is more like a city center terrace with no privacy. The hotel is in the middle of Abano's center. All is jammed like in an appartment building and overlooks other neighboring hotels that share the same tiny parking and yard. It is impossible to have privacy here or to park your car properly. There is no space and cars have to drive in reverse in order to exit the parking as the parking lot is 3 m wide and allows no turning maneuver. We left it 700 m from the hotel. Not only the parking and swimming area were tinny. Our room was 3 m x 2.5 m. We could not even fit our luggage in the room. A cruise boat room and bathroom are double the size of this economy room.

Review 17:We were disappointed when we asked for one orange juice at 7.30 am,(we had a plane to catch)half an hour before breakfast.the receptionist rudely answered "8 o'clock".no "good morning" or"goodbye"either.

Review 18:Both the masseur s were very nice.hotel was central.good communication by e mail, but let down by the front desk staff when we arrived and left.

Review 19:Location, staff, breakfast, room, swimming pools, etc. All is OK. Note 10.

Review 20:Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. It had activities that a person could do like: sauna, massages,...etc.

Review 21:The hotel has a great location in the city center. The pool was nice, room warm and clean.
