Review 1：Mediocre breakfast (chemical fruit juices, poor fruit salad, mediocre bread, no filter coffee)

Review 3：We arrived late and so had no choice but to eat in the hotel's restaurant, they were kind enough to serve us at such a late hour, but the food was extremely over-priced.

Review 4：Great location, looking over the harbour, a nice modern, comfortable room and good selection at breakfast.

Review 5：Would have expected more vegetables at the breakfast. Had only 6 parking places. We had to park in a public parking 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel as there was no place available in front of the hotel.

Review 7：The surrounding facilities and shops fairly limited and aged. More for locals. The air conditioning wasn't available as it is "winter", room was 25 degrees so slept with the windows open. Hot water was only tempard. No sea views from junior suites or standard rooms. We had a junior suite. The sauna costs an additional $15 per head. Initial receptionists weren't very welcoming. Checkout was just fine. First impressions count!

Used blankets hanging in the staircase. Path blocked by the carriages of house service. Parking space only for drivers of big SUVs. Internet access not functioning for three devices - no support. Warm breakfast was cold and dried out, many waitresses - but lazy in service, coffee only american style (weak), ...

Review 44：Nice Hotel, perfect location if you want to visit Venice (Boat and bus transfer appox. 60 minutes to S.Marco in Venice, expenses per person 18 EUR). In the little town you can enjoy your dinner after your visit in venice during day time. The food there is much better and approx 50% cheaper. You can enjoy a drink in the bars there too. Surprisingly it has a quite nice night life. The town itself is very nice, romantic and has a lot of charm itself and additionally a very nice beach.We will be back!

Review 45：Parking is too small, just 5 places (and seemed to be booked for bestguests), so we had to park at 10min driving, in the harbour.The hotel takes it good reputation for granted, but it needs a piece of refreshing its decoration, a bit out of fashion nowadays (damaged and stained carpet at the 3rd floor, water leakage badly repaired with silicon in our bathroom so we had to change of room..). We chose a double-bed on Booking reservation but we had 2 beds joined together.

Review 46：Staff is very competent and very kind.Room was comfortable. We liked the italian old style. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice in the food and the comfortable breakfast room had see view: best way to start your day!

Review 47：The fitness centre opens at 0830. That is absolute madness. By that time the average tourist is either having breakfast or is checking out of the hotel already.

Just stayed for one night as a stop-over but this hotel ticked the boxes for such a stay. Excellent breakfast choices in dining rooms overlooking harbour. Near to numerous eating establishments (fish the main choices as expected). Suggest if you have a car then pay the extra for hotel parking as not much other nearby. Overall a good quality hotel.

It was a very noisy experience which went on far beyondthe 11:00pm promised by the hotel reception staff. The beds are a littleoverfirm and the decor of the room was a little spartan. Review 62：Stayed on Friday and Saturday in August. Liked the fact that the hotel is located at the busy end of Chioggia where the public water buses come and go, so a nice bustling area. Good view from room over the lagoon. Hotel had a parking place reserved right outside the hotel which made it easy to arrive and offload although spaces a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Good quality clean hotel with good breakfast. Both nights were very busy on the main street nearby with plenty of bars and loads of eating places especially if you like fish and seafood.

Review 63：Location and room with a sea view was fantastic. Liked the bike hirefacility, Buffet Breakfast was in a fantastic setting and set me upnicely for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 64：We received first a smoky smelling room. The reception was willing togive us another room under the roof but we had to accept to single bedswhich was uncomfortable because of lack of carpet the beds rolled easilyaway over the wooden floor. Lights did first no work in the room, butthe most uncomfortable was the lack of shower, you need to stand up in abath with the showerhead in your hand. Personally I found also too muchlight entering the room in the early morning. For the price we paid wehad a very bad sleep. I would no stay there again.

Review 72：nothing outstanding v.average, its only asset is its proximity to Venice with the ferry leaving from outside the hotel claims to be 4 star but is only 3 at best. dining/bar is run by a third party which means paying as you go rather than adding to the overall bill.
