Review 1：WiFi access was limited and I had two issues during my stay, which the staff addressed quickly. The first was the phone in the room was not working and one day my room heater stopped working. Both issues were promptly handled by the great staff at this hotel.
Review 2：The staff was outstanding. Every employee was friendly, helpful and courteous. I would especially like to thank Angelica for all her help and great service. Off street parking was good for a small car, breakfast was prompt. Hotel was very clean. The room was a typical size for Europe and all the furniture, flooring and fixtures were comfortable and in good condition.
