Review 1：The staff speak very, very little English, and if you don't speak Italian or German it is very hard to communicate. Even though the hotel is noce, pictures look much better than the reality.

Review 5：The staff were terrible, they were rude and abrupt, we thought at firstthat it was because we couldn't speak a lot of italian but then realisedGerman was totally acceptable from other guests. We then wondered was itbecause we were under 80 years old unlike the other guests. They spoketo us like dogs at times. The restaurant manager had illusions ofgrandeur, this may be linked to his 1980s style white jacket completewith shoulder pads. The Creme de la Creme was the "masseuse" who chewedgum(loudly) during our massage while playing rap music on theradio.....we would sleep on the street before going back to this hotel-ithink we were subject to a filtering system, they have a set idea oftheir type of guest, they were a serious let down for the rest of Italywhere there is usually a warm welcome for tourists. Do not book thishotel unless you are nearly 90 and you are younger than your partner andyou like to be treated like a second class citizen

Review 9：I think this is a great spa hotel when you are over 85 years old :-) I do understand now why the tennis court is so nice ... they don't have rackets in the hotel.
