Review 1：Wifi access sometimes slow, and disconnected. One account for one device only (while I had three :D). Hotel will provide another account for other devices.
Review 2：Strategic location in a city center, close to the Mall, and souvenir shop. There's a small shop nearby sold self-made Amplang (fish cracker), and it is very delicious.
Review 3：The bath leaked onto the floor, even after showers. The wash basin was easily blocked and the water would not recede. There was no map of Balikpapan city available from reception
