Review 1：Amazing service , staff attentive & charming. Addressed us by name & anticipated needs. Helped with ideas for hikes & drove us to & from trailheads. Food excellent in both restaurants . Beautiful fresh flowers in hotel.

Review 2：We had high temperatures during our stay and a quiet air con system for the room would have been appreciated. The bar in the evening was quiet, and the piano wasn't necessary for us, and a bit dominant. The wine list had over 200 bottles with no description of each wine. A shorter list with a good description of each wine would be better for us.

Review 9：We travel alot and this is one of the most beautiful places we have encountered. The Dolomites surround a breathtaking meadow with great hiking trails at the door of this amazing boutique hotel. It is charming and refined with excellent service. The rooms, spa, and restaurant are perfect. We have stayed at excellent places like Little Nell in Aspen and Singita in Africa and this is in par with both for service and a beautiful setting in Nature.
