Review 1：Personnel in reception doesn't notice my payment (I paid by credit card in hotel). They do nothing to find out my payment and expect payment once again and just because I keep receipt, I do not have to do this. This type of approach is not acceptable.

Review 3：Hotel personnel was really very polite and informative and always tried to help on any problems. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Restaurant Manager was a lady who always used to control each and every thing on each table herself and always personally says HELLO to each and every person and always to ask if everything is OK. Restaurant waitress were really also helpful and always tried to look what guest needs. Free Wi-fi working speed was excellent. Every thursday the Hotel used to celebrate cocktail party before Dinner with Live music which continued till after dinner. Everything was excellent.

Review 4：Despite "All Inclusive" you still need to pay for the soft drinks at lunch and dinner. No serious disadvantages.

Review 16：We were at the hotel for the second time with a large company. This year we did not like that the hotel began to take guests with pets, some dogs were very big.It"s not very nice to sit in the bar next to a dog lying on the floor, or go with it in the elevator, and also think that, before you in this room on the same bed lay animals. Solution to our company, if pets will be allowed for the next year to change the hotel.
