Review 1：Buffet was poor and pool were uncleaned after windy days.

Review 2：Splendid cottages and territory and nice green big and varied territory. Clean and cozy rooms.

Review 3：Bit tricky to get to. Far from the airport. The hotel own top up card paying system is not great to use. Wifi only in the reception area.

Review 8：Everything, the park, the swimming pools, the location, the seaside, the entertainment but most of all the kindness of all the staff at the Park.

Review 9：There were not enough see furniture on the beach. More sunbeds and beach umbrellas are needed. Access to the sea was not good. The ramps need to be longer at least 10 m to reach deeper water. Also stainless steel ladders to the water are needed (like in swimming pools). Lot of staff did not know English.

Review 15：Bad location restricted within resort. Does not cater for non all inclusive as all restaurants are buffet and no a la carte restaurants. Food is very poor. No wine lists. Lack of English speaking staff. Loud loud music until midnight not good with babies and located right next to music. We will be formally complaining. Not a 4 star hotel as marketed so very misleading.

Review 16：The hotel itself was good, big area, green, many swimming pools. Not suitable for couples with kids from 3 cause you need to walk far away from the room to the pool or to the kidsclub. Too many stairs.. The food was good but to many choices. Not enough fruits. The room is big and comfy. The animation team was good but evening shows.were too late and too loud. We couldn't sleep till 23.

Review 19：Hotel with nice beach, good restaurant, diving center and other services. Nice pool for children. The feeling that even if many people are in the Hotel, there is some space for everyone.

Review 20：Parking is a long walk from the facility. A train runs every 40 minutes- but for adventure seekers that would like to get out and explore thisis not a plus. Only had breakfast at the facility and it was okay - yetyou cannot go wrong with the restaurants in nearby towns. In order tobuy anything, you have to put money on a card (not via credit card -cash). You can get the money back - however, considering the crowd atcheck out (I assume others trying to get their money back) - wecouldn't wait any longer. We therefore "donated" $100 tothe resort. Wi-Fi is only in the common areas and is problematic atbest. Bathrooms need a serious update and the beds were not comfortablein the least. If I would have researched this place at all, I would nothave stayed here.

Review 21：Pretty setting, nice beach area, francesco - entertainment is prettygood as well. Looks as if everyone is trying really hard, but somethings just needs to be restructured. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Review 22：Just came back from a fantastic holiday where I went with my wife and daughter. We really loved this place! The accommodation was brilliant, quite and everything was clean. The grounds are kept immaculate, and all the plant, trees etc. were very well cared for. The meals were very good The pools are very beautiful and the entertainment was great! The staff were very friendly and capable. We had no problems getting sunbeds, either on the beach if we went in the morning, or by the pools in the afternoon. We walked through the park where you can also find many different “wild” (not dangerous) animals and we went to the SPA and it was a very fantastic and relaxing experience.

Review 23：1) The lack of transport system. Sometimes it was real problem to go to main gate: a. I didn’t understand the ‘labyrinth’ on site first five days of my staying in the hotel. After that time, I turned on travel (hard travel) mode in my brain and I found magic path to main gate, reception, entrance and etc. b. I went to the hotel with my girlfriend and her mom who is the woman at the retired age. It was too hard for her to go to main gate by walk. She had to wait the shuttle every time. And sometimes it was too long because all staff was busy. 2) There were no mini-bar, bathrobe, slippers and holders for toothbrushes. When I informed reception staff about it I was told that it was normal for their hotel. 3) There were very thin walls in the room. I heard everything that my neighbors did.

Review 25：Together to the parking lot to your car you have to take a bus every time, you also have to pay for your bus.breakfast was a lot of food but Not very appetizing, stuff waited till the dish is empty before replacing with a new dish

Review 27：Fantastic location, beautiful sea and rugged coastline, beautiful grounds with lots of grass, colourful flowering plants, lovely walkways. Rooms are well appointed and cleaned. All the staff we met are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is light and airy, serves great variety and quantity of fresh, quality food. A short way up the hill is a fabulous walk around the nature reserve : beautiful views of sea and coastline, families of boar, deer, goats, donkeys around every corner.

Review 37：My credit card was charged second day after booking the hotel via booking.com and not upon my arrival. I was not even informed about it, my bank informed me. The room was too small. Any other beach close to resort was better then hotel beach.

Many Russian people stayed there, and foods are not traditional Italian, there was even Russian soup or something. Mosquitos and insects were in the room, couldn't sleep　well. I hate the wrist band which we had to keep during stay, it seemed really captured......

Review 40：Service was really poor & staff rude (probably the worst I'veexperienced) - broken air con; over an hour to check in; atm broken allthe time so had to drive into town to get money out; bus to get towhere cars are left was sometimes full so had to walk with small kids(& when you could get on it you had to pay to get back to yourcar); buggy ordered (& chased) to pick up on check out neverarrived so had to walk with suitcases & kids to main reception; notenough sun beds for people (on beach & pool side); many activitiesfor kids were for over 12s.

Review 42：Difficult to find the hotel - even with coordinates. Parking inside the gates. Transport with shuttle to open air reception. Breakfast and dinner buffé boring and tasteless.

Review 43：Seveal pool areas - tropical pool is the nicest. Beach OK - beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge Smart! - No money is used on site. (except from icecream bar and indoor shops) When you check in, put money into a chip card and paying with it all the time. At check out, if there is money left over, you get outstanding back. Entertainment in the evening. The staff are having dinner together with the guests and you can have a nice chat.
