Review 1：Bad sleeping on the couch, narrow white road to the place

Review 2：Friendly feeling, peace, nice view of the surrounding hills, good indications from the staff a the arrival, free wine bottle at the arrival

Review 3：One of the reasons we chose the place was the wifi in the rooms. It was important for us. However it has not started working within 5 days of stay. I understand that on weekend the problem wouldn't be solved in the middle of Italian countryside, but Monday to Wednesday it has not started as well. And I would recommend to change warm blankets, they are "out of date" already. Also, as it was chilly and the heating is charged on top, would be good to at least approximately know what is the consumption.

Review 4：We enjoyed views arround the property, good location for visiting Siena, San Gimignano, Firenze. If staying when warm, could have enjoyed stunning view to surroundings and SanGim-no "towers" from the pool area. The yard is carefully maintained. The appartment was well kept as well, suitable for 4 persons. I would recommend to put GPS coordinates in the site of Podere Il Pino. It is quite a remote place, but we considered it as a positive thing.

Review 5：Great location for those with the car, amazing view from the pool! Perfect spot for visiting Chianti, Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano. We liked it a lot.

Review 6：Staff is friendly and receptive. Majority of guests include families. It is secure safe clean and quiet. Good well stocked utilitarian kitchen. Good pool. The grounds are well kept neat and tidy while also maintaining their Rustic Tuscany charm. We will return here without a doubt. The proximity to other centres is an added bonus.

Review 9：Although advertised as a bed and breakfast, we were very unpleasantly surprised to find out that this place offers no breakfast at all. Travelling with small children it made it very difficult and time wasting to look for shops in the area, and the area of the hotel was also not the best of Tuscany.

Review 17：Kitchen is not equipped enough if you intend to cook your own meals. Had to pay extra for a cot which elsewhere was offered for free. One has to pay for every cycle of laundry.

Review 18：It is basically set on a hilltop in the middle of the Tuscan countryside so one can imagine the breath taking scenery. One of the best!! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Big pool for summer vacations.

Review 21：Excellent location for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and rest of Chianti. Ideal location for trekking and jogging. Very clean and well equipped apartments and barbeque area. The outdoor pool is the ideal place to relax with enchanting views of Chianti and San Gimignano. Will surely be back next year whilst visiting Tuscany.

Review 22：It was very cold in Tuscany and when we arrived the house was only 16 degrees celsius. We arrived on friday evening and left sundaymorning and had to pay 40 euro's for the heating. I would expect a house to be warm upon arrival...and not that we have to pay to heat it up to normal temperatures. The showers didn't work properly ( cold-hot-cold-hot) and there was a limited kitchen equipement, only 8 coffeecups, 1 kitchentowel, 6 wineglasses, 8 forks and so on which meant that we had to wash all the time. That is sad as a little more equipment would make the stay even more comfortable.

Review 23：The location is wonderful, close to Florence, San Gimignano and Siena in typical Tuscan surroundings with beautiful views. House is spacious, and dog friendly. Good beds. Free well functioning internet. People are friendly and everything is very well organized with an SMS with directions to the location on the day of arrival, a nice welcome map with day trip suggestions, and so on.
