Review 1：Hotel difficult to find, Small room, Receptionist and other staff speak only Italian, Desolated area, Not very good food

Review 3：Although I had a prepaid room, the receptionist insisited that I hadn't paid for the room and wanted to charge me again. Later his colleague apologised, but it was a very unpleasant experience. The double room was very small; not even room for a larger suit case. There wasn't much choice from the menu in the restaurant and the food was not very tasty and rather expensive.
Review 4：Hotel is difficult to reach if you don't have a car; taxi ride from airport adds to the cost of the stay. Breakfast is very much focussed on sweet stuff such as several types of "torta"; no fresh bread that is not sweet.

Review 6：Made the mistake of choosing a 4 Star hotel because of it being modern and new looking. Price was perfect. The single room I reserved came with a tiny single bed.. Changed it to a full size bed..25.00€ more.. I went to connect my Laptop a & I had to take it to the front desk to connect and then when I was in my room there wasn't any signal. No Help from the staff, only in the lobby did it work! I'd like to know who sold them the 4 Stars! I've stayed at better hotels with better service and less stars!

Review 8：Found it very hard to find hotel at night if you dont know area. We went wrong direction reading same street signs pointing several directions. Turned many times. Dont go at night first time. Right hand driving was confusing and streets very narrow. All experience. Alot of staff dont speak english and hard to communicate but are very nice people. Lucky my husband spoke italian. Was told Hotel Class was the best in lamezia by many locals far away. Thanks Hotel Class.
Review 9：We stayed 3 days at this hotel and was very professionally run. Lots of great food for breakfast. Courtesy and providing help when needed was never any trouble. The waiters at breakfast and dinner were very polite and quick. Thanks guys for making our stay more enjoyable.
Review 10：Breakfast: could be better. Bread, bacon and eggs and other items were always empty and despite several staff walking by these items were not refilled. Location: nothing around (just fields), no chance to go for a stroll, only with transport (car or taxi).

Review 26：Statement on Booking.Com that the property is 1700 feet from the railstation is inaccurate. It is a Euro 20 to 25 taxi ride (15 minutes) andthere is no way possible to walk from either the rail station orairport. There is nothing else in the area of the hotel.

The difficult part wasthat we were already in bed and it was hard to move to another room. Thenight manager was able to give us a room just for the night withoutmoving our luggage.

She was veryprofessional, very pleasant and provided us with a single fair for theone night and gave us two promotional agendas. We were very grateful forher personal care.
