Review 3：- Restaurant and breakfast room not well organized: big table for 8-10 people and you have to stay with unknown people, the tables are not sufficient for all and the cleaning of them was very slow and you have to do by yourself if you arrive not at the beginning of breakfast and dinner time - Restaurant room was invaded by wasps - No TV and wifi working in the rooms

Review 9：The beach of the resort is very small but it is possible to enjoy the Orri' beach (which is very nice) using your own car, or the bus or the rubber boat (this latter needs to be booked in advance and paid extra). Several bees disturbing during breakfast and dinner. No TV signal but when you are there you don't really feel the need of it.

Review 10：The animation and the shows were really fantastic. The shows dedicated to Michael Jackson, to Freddy Mercury as well as the magician show were top quality like professional shows on TV. Buffet and breakfast are rich and of good quality. The location and the environment are wonderful. The staff was very kind and always proactive to offer help.

Review 11：Staff doesn't know the resort well to suggest or direct well. Poor English. The resort too big, you feel locked out from the world because no easy travel to town center, shops.The dinner was poor. Ants in room, bed & fridge.

Review 14：The shops by the restaurant could offer a wider variety of products. For example my fiancée forgot her sandals and we didn't find any in the shop. The only option was to buy it in the town.

Review 15：My transfer from the airport to the hotel was 3h delayed due to an accident. When the second driver arrived, we had a bus only for us. We started entertaining the idea of renting a car, but in the end we waited. The driver, Vincenzo, couldn't be any better. Very helpful and friendly! Due to the delay we lost the day on the beach and since we were only spending the weekend, we thought it was the beginning of a bad and shorter weekend. To our surprise, when we arrived at the hotel we were very well received by Barbara and Yulia. They arranged for us an upgrade of our package and we had a very good room near all the main facilities (Telis). The weather was great, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful and we were very upset to leave the hotel. The place is magnificent, the view from the top is awesome, the beaches are clean with clear water. The Spa is a must..for families with kids, you have the animals to see, plus all the sport facilities. For the end of the season they even had some animation (disco, local dance and products, barbecue). It was interesting seeing how the whole hotel works, the infrastructure connecting the different resorts, everything running smoothly with the golf carts running everywhere.One more time, we would like to thank Emanuela from the reservation dept. for all her patience and flexibility even during the time we were waiting for the hotel transfer to arrive (believe me we were not exactly easy guests to deal with in the beginning - regarding payment methods and change of dates), Barbara and Yulia from the reception and welcome to making everything very easy and enjoyable for us, for Marco at the bar for being very friendly and making a very good mojito, and Vincenzo for the good drive to the hotel. This is a place I would definitely return to, but this time I plan in spending more than 3 days. A week at least to be able to rest, enjoy the full resort and the charming little town nearby. I recommend and I will be back!!

Review 18：Extremaly tired looking room. Unconfortable equipment, like missing table or not enough chair in the room . The aircondition is a joke the fan located on the ceiling was more efficient. The pool cleanless is questionable, and the hotel beach is not suitable for small kids.

Review 35：It is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Near the small town of Tortoli, from the hotel there is a bus every day (4 euro). Small rooms in a Sardinian style, for dinner a lot of seafood dishes. Great service, beautiful scenery, safari zoo that will like not only children but also adults. Charming animation team. There is hotel's own rocky beach, but every morning you can use the boat (6 euro) that will transport you to another beach with the golden sand. Only positive emotions. It's impossible to not fall in love with this hotel!

Review 36：The staff was awful. The people at the reception were unfriendly and never smiled. The staff at the bar was also very rude and overlooked everyone that wasn't Italian tourists. The food was really bad!! The only option they had was a very expensive dinnerbuffet and everything you wanted to buy of food and drinks you had to pay for with a chip that you had to take to the reception to fill up.Both the dinner and breakfast was served outside and a lot of flies on the food did'nt make it look very apetizing!! Everything extra cost money- like transport around the area,borrowing extra towles and so on..

Review 37：The location was familyfriendly with beautiful surroundings but the beach had a lot of rocks and it wasn't easy to get in the water. The cleaning staff was nice and the shows they had during the week was a nice distraction.

Review 39：We booked a superior double room but were given a standard room at the Borgo Cala Moresca Resort. After 1 night and complains we were given a superior room at the Hotel Turri. So something went wrong in the booking.

Review 41：* The rooms were not like in the photos.* we have been forced to pay for the whole week at the entrance. *when we did not like the room and move to Borgo, we have been asked to pay extra EUR 120 per day, although the booking.com price difference was only EUR 40. * there is nothing to eat for lunch except the open buffet restaurants which the food was the poorest I have ever seen. Besides they charged us EUR 30 per person one day and EUR 25 at another day. * for the shuttle which is running inside of the campus, we were to pay for it. * no clear explanation was made about anything. we had to discover ourselves. * when they suggested us to move to borgo, we were meant to be close to the sandy beach. the only sand we have seen was perhaps 30-40 sqm and the seaside was completely rocky with no facility to have an access to the sea. There are many others too.

Review 43：The beds were terrible, I had springs digging into me. The Resort claimsit has WiFi- only in reception area. You would expect in this day andage it would be in all rooms. I was told I had it in my room, this wasachieved once with my Ipad and upper torso hanging out the window toreceive a Skype call. Whoever owns the resort should take care of thesethings immediately, then it can call itself a 4 star resort.
