Review 1：There was nothing we didn't like.

Review 2：This was the perfect little getaway place. It's located about 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral in Monreale. The ladies who run it were so lovely it was like staying with friends. They gave us a delicious breakfast and made sure that we had everything we wanted.

Review 3：Monreale and Palermo run together. This is a crowded area. Lots of traffic and noise. Our room was in the middle of it all. If you want to visit this area, I don't think you will find a nice quiet place anywhere near where you want to be.

Review 4：Friendly, helpful owners and a clean, secure, modern room. The breakfast was typical for an Italian B&B. Lots of stairs to this 3rd floor room. Room was avg size for Italy. Bathroom a bit small. I would stay here again.

Review 5：It's very difficult to find by yourself the first time. Room is on third floor (2 piano) and the stairs are narrow--typical of many old places.

Review 6：The owners,Llenia & Messina, were both very helpful & accommodating. Messina met me in the piazza by the Duomo & we drove to the B&B. She helped find parking & carried 1 bag due to my sore back.

Review 9：The streets in Monreale are not designed for the amount of traffic that now uses them. My advice to anyone thinking of taking a car there is: don't. Leave your car somewhere convenient nearby and use a bus or taxi to get into Monreale - it's really very close to Palermo.

Review 10：Casa Lilla is a small but comfortable B&B in the centre of Monreale, very close to the Cathedral. We arrived rather early, so we had to telephone the owner to come and give us access. She did so promptly, in a very friendly way. She did not speak English, but we had enough Italian to get by. Our room was up two flights of stairs, with no lift (but the owner kindly helped us with our luggage). It was spacious and comfortable. Despite being in a busy town, the room was quiet. Parking was a problem, but the owner helped me find a parking space in the street nearby. The (continental) breakfast was excellent, particularly the coffee.

Review 12：Very friendly helpful staff; nice breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and the lady of the house brought us to a restaurant where we still could order a meal at 11 pm!

Review 14：Staff was very friendly and helpful with regard to showing me how to use the public transportation. They recommended a delicious restaurant, and they accommodated my schedule of arrival and breakfast time. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious.

Review 19：We arrived from the airport late at night at easter, hungry, and didn't know all the restaurants in Monreale were closed. Ilana immediatelly improvised a good dinner for us, we were so happy! When checking out next day she declined our offer to pay something for it. 10 out of 10!
