Review 1：We liked everything. The staff are extra helpful, the spa is great, the rooms are lovely with magnificent views and the restaurant serves wonderful food. Will be returning.

Review 2：Can't think of any thing negative. Maybe a homemade (Bircher-) Müesli at the Breakfast-Buffet would have been the top of the top.

Review 32：Great hotel in the Aosta Valley. The team is very simpathetic and helpful. The facilities are amazing. The Bar au Frommage, with the super team Marcel and Alessio, is wonderful. And the surroudings are fantastic for walking and climbing. Really a wonderful hotel!

Review 33：nobody speak english. one day tickets to the kids park cost 25 euro, next day (when I was trying to speak italian)10 euro. in the pizzeria we got pizza with french frize:-))) (because the waiter didnt know a word in english)

Review 37：A wonderful hotel in a beautiful valley. Our room had THE view to the Glacier to greet us every morning from bed. Amazing breakfast with anything cooked to order if you ask. Pastries to die for. Staff is all a big family who give you detailed information on what to do and even drive you (in amazing car) to walks or pick you up. Huge Spa with 2 pools to occupy you in bad weather for free plus the usual treatments. Free wifi & laptop to borrow. S

Review 41：Wonderful setting and very well designed. Friendly owners and excellent staff. Beautiful setting with spectacular scenery. The spa is outstanding and the restaurant deserves its reputation. We were lucky to be there for afternoon tea and again for a concert in the evening. It is close to walking trails and gorgeous scenery.

Review 44：Waitress in the restaurant had an unpleasant,unfriendly attitude. Appetizers had been served, and we had to wait quite some time before someone came to pour the wine. The risotto was average.
