Review 18：Filthy room. Bed was too old and hurt my backbone. No ventilation. Towel was out-dated. Breakfast was terrible. Big noise from the road. The worst hotel I have ever had in my entire life. I would say don'y go there.

Review 22：Hotel is indeed in need of a makeover and shower facilities are a bit ridiculous (but serve the purpose), but we knew what were getting for the price we paid, so no unpleasant surprises whatsoever.
Review 23：Poggibonsi was for us a convenient stop before continuing our trip to Siena and Val d'Orcia. Used the hotel for 2 nights: 1st night after a long drive from Croatia and leisure drive through all of Chianti making stops in most of towns & villages; 2nd night after visiting San Gimignano by car and Florence by bus. The hotel absolutely fulfilled our needs for a convenient place to spend the night with free parking, buffet breakfast (excellent home made brioches/croissants !) and a bus stop virtually in front of the hotel where the bus took us directly to Florence. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, spacey room. Our room was above reception, so we had the wi-fi signal in the room. Small fridge was an additional plus.

Review 25：Rooms are very small, the space is taken by beds and there is no placeto stand. The bathrooms are awful, weared out and tiny. There is nothingto do near the hotel, the place is not in the countryside, nor it is inthe city. A single restaurant around was closed for repairs, so you canonly dine by takeaway pizza. Breakfast is made of cheapest cheese,bisquits and powder drinks. The hotel does not deserve even one star,not to say three that it is, sort of, posesses.

Review 27：Wifi had bad signal in our room. The hotel guarantees wifi only inreception, but not a big problem. Staff very kindly and receptive, butspeaks only Italian, but not a big problem for us.
