Arbatax Park Resort I Villini is set in Arbatax on Sardinia's East Coast. It offers a wide range of sports and recreational activities and individual air conditioned villas.

Review 1：Venue: American wannabe resort that turns a beautiful location with it's own style and Italian beauty into a tacky obvious money-maker product that loses all its charm. The venue is located in an area full of climbs, slopes, etc. and the main reception is far away from the houses. Cars are not allowed. You only get car service to check-in and get your room, then you have to deal with a bus that passes by every 2,5 years or walk at least 15min through a 78% slope. It's a rat trap: once you are inside you can't escape. #givemeyourmoneynow #wearelivinginamaterialworld #farfarawayStaff: absolutely not organised, not able to answer any questions, activities not available because random excuses or bad management, huge lack of customer service skills or maybe a big frustration at work -because multiple reasons, I'm not blaming anyone, just contrasting a fact- that ends up in a horrible customer experience. We had to go from reception to reception to top our pin card up, book tennis pitch, get new towels, etc. Every single movement we wanted to do ended up in having to go somewhere else to do it with no previous advised from the staff. #iknownothing #minus5starsservicePayment system: I have never seen such a pointless system: pin cards. It makes customers very difficult to spend money and buy drinks, food, etc. -which is very ironic if you think about how this place is set to make you spend money only in their venue. Only cash accepted and there is only one ATM that guess what? it's at the main entrance and no one is gonna bring you there so wait for a bus or move your a** up the hill. Once you have cash, you need to put it in the card, and you can only put that money in one reception, where it's always busy and only open during the day. Did I say that reception is not the one where the ATM is? so go back and walk a little bit to top it up and make it work. Once you put money in, you can't get the money back.

Review 2：Nice views and great location. Comfy beds. Restaurant manager from Les Dunes -the one next to the beach- she -30/40yo blond hair, thin, very professional- was the only member of the staff who looked after us. Nice cleaning staff. Gelato shop: yummy!

Review 7：everything - the beach is made of rock, the pool is dirty, the garden is neglected. The rooms are not like the ones on the picture: the AC noisy and didn't work properly, the walls in unnapealing cement, breakfast is poor, dinner buffet expensive and terrible. Staff was rude (probably from dealing with all the complaints).
