Review 1：The nearby venues are making us unconfortable. The mall connected to the hotel is bad. The construction beside the hotel is loud and noisy, and they work all day long.

Review 11：Breakfast was disaster . Very crowded. Food is running out but the taste is quite tasty . One thing that is worse is when I'm eating , the water drips right in front of my plate . It turns out in the ceiling leaked , apparently the top floor is the swimming pool . Hopefully management can directly improve , because it is very uncomfortable when we were eating there was water leaking right in our food .

Review 121：For a new hotel, the outside is very much in bad paint condition. paint is letting loose and grey cement plaster all over. Swimmingpool a disgrace. Algae at the bottom. People jump in with sweaty clothes, no pool attendant. Just went to have a look. TERRIBLE!! I went on the lower level, garbage, glass all over. It is not inviting to have a walk in the vicinity. Sad for such a chain.

Review 123：This is my first time bad experience happened since been many years using booking.com. I have no problem at all before and i have to say that booking.com was a very useful. Its started when my Visa Card being draw for an amount of Rp 2.000.000,- for booking to Swiss Bell Hotel balcony Balikpapan as this is never happened so i suspicios that must be a fraud. Booking.com tagline is "NO BOOKING FEE" and we always have an option whether using cash or CC when we arrives at the hotel. The money draw about 3 days before i really came to the hotel!!!
