Review 1：Beautiful location, right on the sea. Room with sea view is recommendable. Very pleasant, friendly and competent staff, especially Monica. Very clean rooms. No problem to get the additional Baby Crib. Very good and rich breakfast buffet. Monitored parking within the hotel premises. Thanks a lot, we would definitely come back, See you next time!

Review 2：Almost nothing . The food was not really to our liking but then that could be cultural . Exception was the fresh salmon one night and beef another. Dining room more canteen than fine dining. But everything was clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful .

Review 14：The walls of the rooms are much to thin, you hear everything what's going on in the neighbour's room! No heating in the rooms available (important for May). The breakfast is everyday absolutely the same (3,5 star standard). In the main season, an umbrella and 2 sunbeds at the beach cost between 70 and 105 € per week! The internal dive center (Mediterranea Diving) is a catastrophe, I recommend the Pianeta dive center in Arbatax park.

Review 18：This resort hotel is ideally located for the beach. The rooms are very spacious and airy and we enjoyed an excellent view over the bay. Staff were all very helpful and the buggy transfers on check in and out were immediate. Booking clients get free wifi which works in the rooms while only advertised in as being in public areas. Excellent. Great value for money.

Review 19：- Food quality was good but a bit lower then what You expect to get in Italy. Plus the choice of food doesn't change at all throughout the whole one week stay so it gets a bit boring.

Review 20：- Great Layout of the whole complex. It has a leisure, relaxed atmosphere. - The green areas and public spaces - overall very good ambience. - nice beach with calm sea and warm water. Shallow for at least 30 meters so child friendly as well.

Review 23：The accommodation was old and needed upgrading. There wasn't enough water sports equipment. The beach was pretty but average.

Review 25：Food, though very good, was a little overpriced. Ocean Rider dangerous - my daughter was injured: no helmets provided and it went much faster than the equipment said it should go.

Review 27：In the hotel you are given the card, with it you pay for services in the bar, excursions etc. the card doesn't contain any information about the cardholder. Barmen lost it ones, likely giving it to another person. So just be careful with your card, give it to the waiter when s/he brings the bill. Need to have the cards named! Room 37 is very cold!!!! We slept with open door in order not to get cold. Didn't like people on the seashore who came to you and were trying to sell jewelry, hats, bags etc, it is annoying and not relaxing at all. And hotel position the beach as its private territory. But it turns out not!!! As there are a lot of kids, need coolers to drink water! Breakfast - there are not so many fruits!!! Was really surprised, because it is currently the season of fruits.

Review 28：Location is very nice. Wifi works well, but if you want two computers to work from the same pin code- this doesn't work. Ask for second password. Very friendly staff. Ready to help you any time. Beautiful trip on the boat to wild nature beaches. If you take this tour, don't forget to take some warm clothes, boat runs really fast and it becomes very windy. Arbatax is a lovely town with rocks standing out of the sea ( red colour is amazing). 30 min walk from hotel Very well organized for people traveling with children Long swimming pool Clean area near the sea Large, green and lovely territory of the hotel

Review 29：Breakfast is boring, everyday is the same thing and variety is not good,actually there is no variety. And plastic glasses for breakfast could beat least of better quality, if it can not be glass ones. The blankets wehad in room is probably coming from world war 2, it was falling a part.After we asked for another blanket we received bad cover :( There can bea small problem with parking spaces but they are trying to help,although the old guy is chasing you like crazy with his electric car totell you to slow down, and to show you where to park the car :):):)Beach bar is closing from 1-3 pm, which totally doesn't make anysense. I can understand that it is family hotel, but there are coupleswithout kids that were not going to room from beach for a nap.anddefinitely wifi is absolute disaster.

Review 30：First impression when you come to hotel is very good. There is a driverin electric car waiting always by the parking to take you to reception.All of them are very nice. The ladies on the reception are very politeand helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious, with nice balcony and niceview. Bathroom is a bit small, and the shower cabin can be problematicto fit in. Beach and pool are also nice, with enough sun beds, althoughyou have to pay for first and second row. Beach bar has good offer ofvarious drinks, ice creams etc. Plants and flowers are beautiful Andthey are really making effort to make it all so nice.Hotel has excellentpotential, and with some small corrections it can be easily 5 starhotel. Although it should be written somewhere that the hotel is verymuch dedicated to families. Definitely would recommend to spend holidayhere, but if they make some effort it will be amazing place.

Review 31：The room (for 4 people) could be bigger. These days in this level of hotel you expect something more than 12" TV... However, these are not so important things in comparison to all the advantages of the hotel.

Review 33：The immediate location of the hotel is quite nice, but the town in which it is located was a bit depressing. Arbatax is a small port town, and as such is not strictly a resort town. While it's small in terms of ports, it was a larger town than I'd expected. There is a slightly cheerier part of town just a short walk from the hotel, but not much was open since I was visiting out of season (early-June).

Review 34：I was really impressed with the facilities of this hotel. I've never stayed in a Hotel Club, and while I'd say it's not really for me, this was a very nice place. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 35：The breakfast was poor and monotonous. Same breakfast daily, no scrambled and/or fried eggs offered, no higher quality meats (parma ham etc). There was a charge for Wifi, which seems to be ridiculous. Wifi is free at almost any major hotel. There was a charge for first and second row beach chairs, which doesn't make any sense to me.

Review 36：The room was spacious, clean and had a tremendous sea view. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The property is clean. Nice that water sports (sailing, diving, windsurfing) are offered. The facilities are nice and of high quality.

Review 40：Very nice location next to private beach. You can rent a motorboat fromthe hotel and visit very beautiful beaches nearby. Hotel staff is verykind and helpful. We arrived few hours earlier before check in time andno one made a problem to give us our room earlier. Place is lovely,peacefull and very relaxing. Rooms are big, well equipped (fridge, safe,flat tv), furniture is nice. Air-condition works silent. Free wifi worksfast. Food is ok, not perfect but good enough. Ice creams were perfect.Generally very good value for the money.

Review 41：Smoke coming to our room from neighbores smoking at the balcony next to ours. This was the only unpleasant experience. Also, it would be good to have down pillows (those provided were too hard)

Review 42：In overall this hotel offers peaceful rest in comfort. Sea view rooms are spacious, beds are large and balcony is enjoyable, and there is a fridge big enough to cool a couple of bottles. Private beach is large, and, in addition, those who prefer to stay away from the hotel crowd could go a bit further to public stretch of sand which is about a mile long. It is a family hotel, so expect many children of all ages, however, they behave properly. There is a ‘kids’ club and a dedicated staff to play with children for all day long. Lunches and dinners are buffet style, there is no ‘a la cart’ menu, however, the selection is good and most of people choose full board (by the way, it is cheaper, then to eat in the town). Breakfast is about sweet pastries mostly, there are about 10 types of them, plus eggs, ham, cheese, martadella, some veg, and, of cause, coffee made to order. The hotel location is about 1 mile from Tortoli so a car is handy. Every evening there is live piano and later an entertainment (in Italian only, though). Service is good, room was kept spotless, personnell is most helpful and friendly. Wi-fi works in a room and speed is OK.

Review 43：We didn't like the sounds of animation program every evening, it was extremely loud and too late to our mind (till midnight), and our room was very close to activities playground. The internet connection was poor and it didn't work at all during our last evening

Review 50：The hotel is a family friendly hotel so many young children are about. This is not a negative thing but as a young couple we found it to be perhaps a little 'young' and 'noisy' in the pool and beach areas (room was very quiet). We booked a room with a double bed and for some reason had two extra single beds. These were not needed and took up space.
