Review 1：The last part of the road (about 2 kilometers) was dirt road, it was surprising because we came at dark, not really a con.

Review 3：Minor disadvantage is the last bit of unpaved road. Unless your car is extremely low this will not be a problem. Fully loaded my Alfa 156 had just enough ground clearance) Maybe we stayed in bed too long but sometimes there wasn't much left of the breakfast buffet. Shower cubicle is a bit compact.

Review 4：Beautiful location in the hills surrounded by vineyards and with seaview. The pictures on the website show exactly what it's like. 10-15 minutes from the beach. Wifi that actually works. Very good rates. Very good italian breakfast (if you are up early) Cupra has nice beaches. Ripatransone is a nice sleepy little town. Friendly staff.

Review 5：Pool down the hill quite a ways away from main building. Very limited menus for food Bumpy white road for last few kilometers; ok for rental car but would not want to take a car I cared about down it...

Review 7：Evening meal - rather poor - would not advise eating in in the evening. reception area.....rather anonymous, de-personalised space, nowhere really comfortable to sit ...felt a bit like an airport lounge. Infact the whole hotel felt a little run down...with a bit of sprucing up could be absolutely top rate. However minor complaints given the charming and helpful staff and very good value this hotel presents.

Review 8：A bit out of the way.....but extraordinary views from the rooms and breakfast /eating area. Spacious and very very clean rooms. Wonderful swimming pool although about 5 minutes downhill walk from the hotel. Staff very helpful and anxious to please....they were amazingly kind and helpful when my husband left two pairs of shoes behind - they contacted us and immediately posted the shoes back to London - with no charge. Infact I think the postage probably cost about the same as the room for the night! A lot of much more expensive hotels would never had gone to that trouble.

Review 9：Arriving there, when you turn on via Ruzzi, count exactly 4,4 km before stopping. Google says stop after 2 km, just keep going. The mattresses aren't the best i've slept on, but at least is very clean.
