Review 1：Bad wifi, broken aircon, wrong food delivered, dirty bathroom and lady at the desk was very unfriendly. Defo not worth 900RP a night where nextdoor the novotel is excellent and cheaper. Don't ever book this hotel. Hotel was sort of empty and I understand why!

Review 2：Staff not outgoing, like a bunch of dead wood. Hot water is barely hot .... showers not that enjoyable. Aging property, needs a major uplift. Given a room at the end of the hall - very far to elevator. Professionalism is lacking, mostly amateurism at this property.
