Review 1：Some might not like the informal institutional quality of the reception area.
Review 2：Full of character, not like a conventional hotel but a former medieval hospital/convent. Inexpensive, and unique, and beautifully located in a center of an unspoiled medieval town.
Review 3：When we opened our shutters we could almost touch the church across the road. Maria was so friendly and gave us a lift back to the train. Mondovi's old village is very quaint - well worth an overnight stay

Review 5：An excellent place to stay. We lost our car keys and Maria Louisa offered to walk around with us to try and find them. She then offered us the use if her car until the hire car company replaced ours. Excellent service !
Review 6：The old town is a bit of a warren and they shut off the main street in the evenings which can make driving back difficult. But a local student jumped in and guided us to a carpark a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking there, but you can't always park right outside the hotel door. Note that no food is available at the hotel, and there are no facilities to cook, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
Review 7：Attractive room with fantastic views (we were on the second floor). Large en-suite. Plenty of heating and hot water (deep snow outside) and great position in the old town but easy to get down to the main shops by funicular.
