Review 1：The staff: From reception, to bar, matra de, and wait staff, All were very genuine,helpful, and professional. The food was great. My son took advantage off the pool and spa and love it. I took advantage of happy hour and love it ..lol I recommend staying here Highly.

Review 2：I think the only thing I didnt like was being in a different building to the reception building. I didnt like that you couldnt just come down to reception. felt a little disjointed.

Review 8：This place is lovely. Great room. Great service. We dined at the onsite restaurant and had a drink at the bar before dinner. Very enjoyable. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating towards our little girl. Even got to use the gym in the morning. A good night's sleep in a clean, spacious, comfortable room.

Review 9：Despite being located on a major road, our room was very quiet. We also liked that we could walk into town and visit the botanical gardens which were lovely. All staff members we met were welcoming and the room was very comfortable.

Review 12：Only stopped for an overnight stay between Canberra and Melbourne, but the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a great place for a stopover as the four of us had plenty of room to spread out and relax for an evening.

Review 13：Bathroom not clean - mould in two corners of shower and old ground in sludge and grime around handbasin tap, handbasin plug and kitchen sink. Could hear each time neighbours used their toilet and shower. Room not serviced on Christmas Day (understandable) or Boxing Day. Noted a deterioration since our previous stay.

We were also in the second building which was a long way from the pool and restaurant when you are carrying children and gear.food in the restaurant was very average for the price.

Review 17：A lovely relaxing stay with our baby while travelling between Melbourne & Canberra. Room service for only $4 from the restaurant downstairs! Room comfortable & clean. Would definitely stay again, infact we are staying on our return to Melbourne. Highly recommend this place.

Review 23：The room was a good size, modern and clean with a balcony. The bathroom was modern and a good size and there was also a sink in the mini bar area. The bed was large and very comfortable. There was a nice looking bar and restaurant on site and a lovely pool and spa area. It is opposite parkland and within walking distance to the town centre and amenities with ample parking on site. Staff were all lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Review 24：Staff need to learn about customer service. Asked for directions to local hospital for my unwell father and only got told it was sign posted! Bathroom had someone else's hair all over it - including toilet seat. Was told cleaners would fix the next morning. Wow. Noisy room, rude and unhelpful staff - never again.

Review 58：When we opened our allocated room I was shocked to find a male already in the room. Some how an error had been made at reception. Really scared me! This has never happened in our travels. Then we were given another room very near the ballroom/function room. What a noise until late in the evening very hard to get to sleep

Review 62：This was the cleanist & freshist room we've stayed in, please thank the cleaning staff, they deserve the compliment. we've stayed in a number of properties most have been very good , well except the last one where I developed asthma because of the mould in the room. Best western make up for the that bad experience, thank you. The food, WOW yummy. In fact i ordered the same meal the next night because it was soooo nice. Oh that was the rib eye on the bone. The sicky date pudding, the best i've ever enjoyed, thank you. The staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you, I hope your management staff acknowledge your good service. Kathy was extremely pleased with the cleaninest of the room. Kathy wanted to stay longer because of the happy memories we left with. Oh, I dont write compliments normally, but! this experience was the best. Thank you.

Review 63：The split system in our room blew black gritty substances over the main bed. Afer having the top sheet replaced and returning from dinner the same thing occurred. We slept in the small bed with system off on a very cold night. Did report again on handing in the key. "Very sorry"

Walls and roof were not soundproof, children above jump around allevening until 10.00pm and started at 6.00am both mornings. I couldnthear the tv over the noise they made and they woke both my girls up. Notwhat I expected from any motel.
