Review 1：The surroundings are a little sad, as well as the view from my window.
Review 2：Loved the Breakfast! They have the best pastries ever. The hotel is small, quet and safe.
Review 3：Language is a problem. We didn't learn the language and they didn't speak much English. Other than that it was great place to stay.
Review 4：This hotel is located centrally in Sambiase. It's a little tough to find, but once you do...be prepared to find the best gelato and pastries in the cafe next door. The Maestro, Francesco Mastroianni, has perfected gelato and the bakery smells fills the hotel. The accommodations were adequate. The staff extremely friendly. It's a family owned business. Glad we stayed here.

Review 7：The air conditioner was left off and when i approached the front desk about he emedietly turned it on from the master switch in the electrical room. But it really did make a difference either it was working or they turned it off again.

Review 14：The staff did not speak English, breakfast was Italians style and minimal (just a croissant and espresso), there was quite a lot of noise from the street throughout the night. This hotel seems more geared towards catering for Italian guests than international travellers.
Review 15：The room was clean and well equipped. Parking opposite the hotel was convenient.
Review 16：location. nothing of interest around hotel, except Bars. Front desk staff most unpleasant and not helpful. Asked for a wake-up call, and someone to help with luggage for an early morning departure, and neither happened. Restaurant was acceptable, had not other choice.

Review 22：What a pity that a comfortable clean hotel is so noisy. Staff and locals gather in the lobby during the evening, gladly willing to share their conversation with you, even if you're one floor up. No worries, they will raise their voice, and you will be able to hear it all (understanding is a different thing, it is all in Italian). Entertainment thus guaranteed until at least 1 AM, every night, and it all starts again at 6 AM, every morning. Five hours of sleep is all you get, but if this is enough for you, it is a good place.

Review 25：It had the best Gelato in all of Italy. The staff was not pushing, the owners actually opened the restuarant for us even though it was closed. Very good value for teh money. Definetly go there again.
Review 26：we travelled from the hotel by taxi. we were met by friendly staff and shown to our room. The room was ideal - it was just a one night stop over as we were on our way up the country. We arrived on a Sunday and unfortunately there was no where in the immediate town to eat, however the staff were very good and explained where we could eat and directions, which was about a 20 minute easy walking. The meal was very good. The hotel has a fantastic Ice cream shop attached, the owner has won national awards for making the icecream - fantastic - !! we could have stayed longer - justfor the ice creams - also the most wonderfull cakes and pastries were served there as well, We would thoroughly recommend a visit - also staff very friendly and some spoke a little english - no problems at all.
