Review 1：We were in the middle of a sale and related negotiations of a property in NZ when we stayed at Riverboat. We received as much assistance with printing and rescanning agreement ammendments as we possibly could have. Also a tidy, convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Review 2：Booked a family room for 4 adults (2 rooms) It was extremely cramped, small, old, with cracks in the walls and a very old shabby bathroom. Could not recommend this to anyone and we would not stay there again.

Review 4：Price was way too high at $140.00, just taking advantage of the field days. Parking terrible. Room clean but old, cracks in bathroom tiles.

Review 8：The web site presented this motel in better way than it was when seen on arrival.the bed s mattress was old needed to be replaced.the pool looked bigger on web site.next door neighbours were loud,fighting slamming doors at 1am . It was a very uncomfortable night. I think the manager could have handled this domestic fighting better.we wouldn't t stay there again.

Review 10：Upstairs rooms may be difficult for older travelers with heavy luggage. (Owner offered help with bags.) Spa bath shower is deep that may have difficult access to some one with limited physical capability.(A side hand rail is provided) .
Review 11：Clean room and close to the key city facilities. Coffee tea making provided with toaster and a bar fridge. A new reverse cycle air conditioner easily maintained a comfortable room temperature. Friendly staff.

Review 17：I didn't like the mattress could do with an upgrade. Using the stairs at night was in my view not safe as there were no lights to see where we were going. Maybe some luminous strips to guide you up the stairs.

Review 20：This motel offered great facilities which were very clean and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
Review 21：Like most motels it did not have enough towel rail to hang 2 towels. A couple of hooks behind the door does not allow a towel to dry overnight.

Review 35：would not recommend curtain falling off the windows in room 14 we had to push the microwave up against the window to keep drapes shut, inside of the kettle was filthy, we chose to get our morning cuppa from mcdonalds, carpet was all gathered up in our room, bed was very uncomfortable and needed replacing, finger marks on glasses which had not been used, dirty ring around the spa, when i informed the staff i was told it was a shadow i felt uneasy using the shower as it is over the spa. bedside lights did not work, netting on the windows dirty.the decking around all the units is worn, noisy and unsafe, some places i felt like i was going to fall straight through it, outside my room there was a worn carpet hole probably the size of a plate, very easily there could be an accident. this place needs reporting

Review 40：The pool is right outside most of the rooms, and was full of kids and their parents. In a 12 night tour of Vic and NSW this was the ONLY place that charged for wi-fi. It was the most expensive motel we stayed in, and the lowest standard.
