Reviews for Lo Studio' Di Piazza
Review 1:No microwave in the hotel, apart from that, everything was excellent. Thanks
Review 2:The scenery and the small tram transport to take you down the shopping centre, available every 10 minutes. Great place to be!
Review 3:No bedlamp!
Review 4:The odd decoration
Review 5:Iffy shower, non functional Internet
Review 6:Small town character, comfortable room, funicular down to town center just across town square. Nearby mountain views.
Review 7:Air conditioning buzzing all night on the window sill, and the impression giving in the advertising that they are studios. There is no kettle, and the microwave that is in the room had nowhere that it could be plugged into. Additionally, the heating controlled itself, the thermostat on the wall had no influence on what the temperature in the room was. That said, I still enjoyed staying there.
Review 8:Excellent location and the friendliness of the staff.
Review 9:They didn't speak English well but they were trying hard. WiFi signal very weak and most of the room is a big dead spot. Not clear about the parking spot for hotel visitors.
Review 10:Fully contained studio. Even washing machine in bathroom. Garden is amazing, you have to see it. Location is awesome. Authentic experience. Only around 200 km from Monaco, Nice, Can, Florence, Bologna...
Review 11:As there was no A/C or cross ventilation in the room it was extremely hot and difficult to sleep at night. Room fced the town square and the clock charmed every hour and half hour throughout the night.
Review 12:Very friendly hosts, great little oasis garden with spa pool in garden. Room was clean, the colourings of the room are distinct each room has it's own theme. I would recommend upgrading during hot weather to ensure a room with cross ventilation and not facing the town square.
Review 13:Nothing--it was an idyllic stay.
Review 14:The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed peace and quiet to write, and I got it. The "secret garden" is a wonderful refuge to write and relax. The city is picturesque, with many interesting walks right outside the door.
Review 15:Nothing apart from lack of coffee capsules, but then again you'resupposed to buy your own.
Review 16:Lo Studio is very good value for money, excellently located andoriginally decorated. Each room is different and has a particular charmof its own. Hemmingway lovers should stay in the red room where a filmabout the author was shot. Tiziana certainly makes you feel welcome andwill help whenever needed. Some people might find the decorationsomewhat loud, but we appreciated its sense of fun and cosiness. Thebreakfast in the bar opposite is perhaps Spartan by Anglo-Celticstandards but it does the trick, especially with so many goodrestaurants to choose dinner from plus the fact that you can self-cater.You can park on the square with a reduced resident's fee and takethe funicular down to the shops below. Mondovi is a pleasant placeapparently much loved by Napoleon due to its dominant position and greatview of the surrounding countryside. Many people come to the villagebecause of the outlet centre at Mondovicino, however it would be a pityto come here just to be ripped off by phony discounts. The villageitself and the accommodation provided by Lo Studio should be enough tomake your stay worthwhile.
Review 17:The location is super, right in the medieval piazza Maggiore. The roomswere very cozy and nicely colored. The restaurant down the street not tobe missed.
Review 18:Bed wasn't very comfy!
Review 19:Great staff and fun themed rooms. Amazing location.
