Review 1：Bad and dirty pool, No explanation at the first time check in about hotel facility, Black out for several time without notice from hotel (No explanation also from the hotel). Some broken gym facility (i.e. table tennis)

Review 5：overall cleanliness is poor, u can tell that just from the hotel corridor. asked for a hairdryer to the reception, never come. called the housekeeping myself, no one was picking up. wifi quality is poor. breakfast is okay but get too crowded during lebaran festive.

Review 6：location, it is in BSB mall, can get good food and shop around. we had good sleep, bed and room is nice. power shower, hot water excellent

Review 9：Near airport means quite far from city centre and port. It is also hot and relies on aircon so the air can be quite dry. The view is also not as nice as Blue Sky where it's located on the hill.

Review 10：Free wifi, located near airport and next to mall helps. I was there for business and was sick on the first day. So, it's convenient to look for drugstore and finds congees.

Review 12：Jatra is the most famous hotel in Balikpapan due to its location being in the main E-walk shopping mall. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK

Review 13：1) Breakfast buffet not hygienic - I counted 3 cockroaches running around among the buffet dishes. 2) Upon arrival there was NO bellboy to assist me with my heavy luggage. 3) When I asked if they could do express laundry for me, they just gave excuses that they couldn't, their laundry machines had been broken for 2 weeks, etc. 4) Again, another typical local Indonesian company attempting to be "World Class," "5 Stars," etc., but they just can't get their act together - totally incompetent; they just don't "get it."

Review 37：1) No Hairdryer. 2) Refrigerator lock, call them to open at night 7pm, until next day morning check out also no coming. 3) I stayed business class room for two person, only one slipper have. 4) Pillow white color become like light yellow color. this is 5 star standard hotel. i don't think so. 5) saw the hotel pictures at website quite beautiful with beach , but my room window only can see quite dirty building with small part of beach.
