Review 1：Other than the old house, there was nothing farm like or very rural (on a busy road) about the place. The staff/hosts were not comfortable enough in English to explain anything about the history or function of the place, or nearby sites or restaurants and made no effort to do so (rare for Italians who are usually irrepressible even with limited English). The host and staff are trying to be hospitable and friendly and really tried to make me happy. However, the staff on duty when I arrived did the absolute minimum to welcome me. The breakfast consisted of processed packaged food from a big grocery store -- the same stale baked goods and pastry every day. Coffee was great though.
Review 2：My first room was not great (as single rooms are often inferior), but the owner moved me to a much better room for the second 2 days. In the first room the bathroom light and fan (very loud) were on a motion detector and turned themselves off when I was in the shower. Lots of flying bugs in the room (no screens), some of which were mosquitoes, I think due to the dampness in the bathroom (that fan turned itself off after a few minutes). But the second room and bathroom were very nice. The location was a short drive from the city of Viterbo, where parking was easy to find. The hotel was not hard to find on a main road, although the signage was poor. The adjoining restaurant was excellent, and I ate there 3 nights. The staff there really took care of me.
Review 3：there is a restaurant on site that we could not use...they were having a function......there should have been a choice for guests as they advertised that it also included a restaurant with the stay

Review 5：Very comfortable inn just outside of Viterbo. Paolo was great. He even came out to find me the night I arrived late. The cantina attached had good food and reasonable prices. Wifi worked well and was free. Antica Sosta is only 5 min from the thermal baths at Il Baggnaccio and only 15-20 min from the fabulous gardens at Villa Lante. Only 10-15 min from historic downtown Viterbo.

Review 16：No warm welcoming; the only time the staff talked to us was asking for the documents. She was too busy talking with her friend when we were checking in. She did not mention the time for breakfast and wifi to us. When we first checked in, no wifi inside the room. We had to ask the staff to turn it on for us. The next day morning, no wifi inside the room again. No restaurant at the site on saturday night even we were staying at the Agriturismo. Disappointed!
