Review 1：It was so tranquil, loved the location even though it was a bit of out of the way, but not too far to be a problem. The local restaurants were just over a mile down the hill. Livio was very friendly and the ham and bread for breakfasts were freshly bought each day so were very good. We had the opportunity to purchase the olive oil that is made from the olives grown there, so now we have a tasty little memory from our holiday.

Review 3：We stayed in the smallest room on the top floor, and it was amazing. We have spent only one night there. Some might say the room is small but for us it was amazing as the view of the lake from the huge window is breathtaking!!! The hosts were amazing too, and they were very helpful! I had some personal issues which they helped me to resolve in a way good family does... If we need to stay in the area again, we would choose this place again and again with no hesitation!
Review 4：The house is made by stone outside and inside it is verry new. It is a smart mixt bethween old and new, verry confortable and extremley clean! The person from there is verry kindfull! The space is verry relaxing and the view it's extremely beautiful.
Review 5：When I saw the pictures, it looks like the hotel was in the country side. But it is localet at the end of a town, just under a bulding and two electric towers.

Review 8：Good location. Beautiful views. The chap that built and runs the place is extremely helpful and exceptionally nice, he spent each morning engaging with us and offered good tips re where to go, what to see etc.
Review 9：in the upper room there is no wifi coverage, you need to be close to the door to get a signal, but with the view from that room - who needs wifi?

Review 11：The location. It has a very good view of the lake, but it is a little bit too far from the towns. It would not be a problem if there was something to do around the accommodation. No balcony. The room had no possibility to have some fresh air without opening the entrance door.
Review 12：Mr. Livio was very helpful and friendly. Excelent outdoor seating area for breakfast. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Tasty and variable breakfast.
Review 13：Everything! The hosts are extremly nice and friendly, the house wonderfull and even if we had not so good weather, the stay was great!! Do not forget to book the SPA! It costs some extra, but it's definitly worth it!

Review 15：The position - in a small city outside of rumor and people. Real rustic stile, fantastic small SPA which can be booked only for you- with music, candles, jacuzzi and sauna. If you would like to escape from reality for couple of days - it's for you

Wonderful view, wonderful breakfast, and absolutely amazing story of how he created this masterpiece. We would recommend this to everyone. We were extremely luck to find it.

Review 36：Great hosts and lovely place. Livio and Marianne are very kind and helpful (made bookings for us, collected us from Mandello one evening etc). It was great to see the work going into making this place so nice, I'm sure it gets nicer every week. Great spot if you're on motorbikes, quiet road with parking. Close to Agritourismo La Selvaggia which is essential if you want to go. Lovely place with lovely hosts.
Review 37：Great view, Very clean and modern interior but sympathetic to what is a very old building. Really nice people running the place, very good English communications both by txt and spoken. Excellent local restaurant. Great town.
