Review 1：Poor room service. Towels look very old and dirty. Had to request for extra pillows. Does not have ironing board for use by guests. Restaurant staff super slow. Had to wait for 30 minutes before receiving the starter we ordered and another 45 minutes for dessert. All in all, about 2 hours were spent in the restaurant.

Review 2：Nice staff and very short distance to the airport. Free shuttle service to airport. Dandito Restaurant in the basement carpark.

Review 3：Was given an abnormal extended room at the beginning (room 136) where could not be found at the panel. Finally found it and it's a real extended room and mosquitos inside. Asked for another normal room and was given deluxe room with kitchen and living room. However, room is smelly. As it's already midnight, tried to sleep fast and went check out early morning.

Review 8：My family called from india at hotel reception to contact myself as my Hand phone was discharged but receptionist told to my family members that i did not check in. That upset me as my wife thinks i told lie to her.

Review 10：The hotel also offers a free pick up/drop of car for the guests from the airport. The breakfast was also tasty and delicious with complete dishes. I also enjoyed the view of aircrafts parking from the window of my room.
