Review 1：When I reached the flat, there was no night latch, the fan regulator did not work properly, no drinking water or toilet paper was provided. We had to purchase the last two ourselves. The electric kettle was unusable because the connection was inside (!) the cupboard on top. There was no way to even make a cup of tea. The complimentary "breakfast" comprised two boiled eggs and toast with tea/coffee. No salt or pepper was provided so we had to eat the eggs minus seasoning. Even the TV did not work and we were told that we had to pay for it. For the amount charged for a non-AC room (2500), the facilities provided were poor. We had to complain bitterly for every thing we needed, even comfortable pillows and blankets and my uncle lost his temper completely.
Review 2：I came to Goa for a family reunion and realised that the so-called guest house is just a part of the CJM complex. The hostess just leases out flats for the flat owners. There is no guest house as such. But, by a happy accident the flat given to me was just under the flat of my uncle who was hosting our reunion. That turned out to be very convenient.

Review 4：The place us really close to the beach, there is s shop and few restorable nearby. It is easy to reach the place by public bus.
Review 5：- nobody knows how to get there, - nobody knows where it is located, - taxi driver was looking for a right address for about 1.5 hrs riding a car back and forth through all the village, asking locals - nobody was there when I arrived, - nobody picked up the phone

Review 7：Pool does not owned by guest house. It is property of others. It is not actual guest house and i doubt that it is even registered. No services at all No internet and even mobile range except vodafone

Review 9：No where near Varca beach that is ten minute drive away No facilities in area, no atm, poor eateries. There was no sign outside the establishment to inform us that this was Clarem guest house so taxi couldn't find, it became apparent why as accommodation nothing like as described or in photos, Bathroom filthy, mats black and shiny with filth, cockroaches and ants all over, the fridge was mouldy and stank. Soft furnishings soiled to the point that we didn't fancy sitting down. Views from windows overlook piles of trash in various stages of burning, poor state of upkeep paint work blackened, lights not working, many open fuse boxes on entering apartment block of which there are dozens on site giving the appearance of a concrete communist era Russian housing complex.
Review 10：The location five minutes from zalora / fatrade beach. Check out reviews for colonia Jose menino as clarem not signed anywhere why the name change I wonder ?
