Review 1：not a complaint but an observation, some comfy chairs would have been a great addition.
Review 2：Clean and tidy. Friendly owner. Bus to city every half hour at cost of 90c all day travel. Price and free, secure parking.
Review 3：One could use mosquito nets on windows as nights were really hot and there was no fan to ease the heat. We had to have the window open which invited in unwanted guests (mosquitoes). We were not able to find any wifi which for some travelers might be really important. We were able to manage without :)
Review 4：Villa Magni was a wonderful place to say, it was very clean and the hosts were really nice. The hotel is in two floors, we had a kitchen downstairs with basic equipment such as cups and cutlery. Upstairs we had lovely a lovely bathroom (better than what we have a home) and lovely wooden floors. We were able to park our without any extra cost and have the car in the yard after checking out so we could visit Florence without worrying about parking. Train station is about 2km away but there is a bus stop close by which will also take you to town. Had no problems with language either. Lovely place to stay!
Review 5：The apartment doesn't have fan, if you suffer from heat in the summer, bring your own fan.
Review 6：Pistoia is 35 minutes from Florence, 1 hour from Pisa and Livorno. Livorno have too many beautiful beaches. If you want travel around, Villa Magni is the perfect place for you stay. The staff is very friendly and the apartment is very comfortable and spacious.
