Review 6：We stayed here for four nights and thought the place was fantastic. The owner was really really nice and welcoming and cared for us the whole time. It was a pleasure to chat and have a Grappa together at night! The breakfast was brilliant.... Plenty of food and coffee..... We loved the way the hotel was decorated..... It was comfortable clean and very well maintained. Our suite had an amazing Turkish bath and big marble shower area..... The parking at the back was very convenient. It's a public car park, but we always got a space even though there was a music festival going on at the time. We highly recommend this well appointed and brilliantly run hotel...... Very very good. We ate across the road (outside of the walls) at Il Cassero. Francesca and his brilliant staff cared for us so well and produced brilliant food and wine that we didn't want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately, in our last night a huge thunder and electric storm took out his kitchen's facilitates which meant that we were forced to eat elsewhere. We were therefore forced eat at Restorante La Terrasse and had an "okay" meal but the service was poor and they really didn't care, they played English music and had no atmosphere..... We felt that it was more of "a restaurant for the British" we would not go back there again. Sangallo Hotel on the other hand - we will go back again......

Review 7：Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a room on ground floor with the curved brick ceiling. It was very nice! Room was big and comfortable. Location is great to do day trips. Breakfast was good.

Review 9：we loved the room, it was cute with the curved ceiling and a delight. We went for dinner next door and the food was excellent with good prices for the quality. It was a delightful town.

Review 11：Little mix at first as to what floor.There is no elevator.When Myra was made aware of my condition,she worked over the reservations and took care of my needs,She's the best. Could improve wi-fi but that made for better relationship with wife.

Review 15：Very spacious rooms with lovely views. Shower was very good and we had a good night's sleep. Liked the location of the hotel - right outside the city walls so we were able to identify with Monte San Savino very quickly. Had a lovely meal in La Terrasse next door.

Review 16：The hotel is situated just in front of the city port. Monte San Savino is a gem among Tuscan towns with practically no turists. The hotel is neat and tastefully furnished. The two reception ladies we met were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom. The breakfast table completed our absolutely positive experience of the hotel.

Review 33：It was hot and the a/c took most of the night to cool the room down.It's on the Main Street, in a quiet town, which happened to have afestival on the night we stayed, so we couldn't open the window dueto noise/smoke. It's probably no problem most other times.
