Review 1：Ilaria Veronica and Lorenzo were terrific hosts and most accommodating in every way. Our rooms were spacious and a real pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was more than adequate served by the owners themselves. Pistoia is an unknown gem of a city made shiny by a superior B&B such as this one

Review 2：Good location. Wonderful breakfast room, with Mozart music playing. Nice terrace above. Good sized bedroom, comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Decorated like an elegant house (not a hotel). Very charming host!

Review 3：I think you can opt for savoury options at an extra cost if you orderthe night before. But I guess they must have plenty of American/NEuropean guests who would just like a simple slice of cheese or ham andbread without forking out for anything more complex.

Review 4：Aesthetic of the place. They care a lot about history and culture and itshows in the furnishings and presentation. Helpful hosts. Lovely ceilingpaintings. Good a/c and high rooms appreciated in broiling weather.Italian style sweet breakfast was v good.

Review 6：We were just happy and glad with everything. Very nice b&b in a historical palace in the centre of Pistoia. Ilaria and al others very so friendly and sympatic, so I won't never forget my stay.

Review 7：It was a very small shower and we couldn't prevent the shower from leaking over the floor but I think this is a common problem where ensuite bathrooms are installed in old buildings in Europe.

Review 8：We stayed in a large room with beautiful old furniture and lovely painted ceiling. It was very close tomthe old centre of town and about 20 minutes walk from the station.

Review 9：We really appreciated the warm welcome and service and will not forget the large (Italian) choice for breakfast. Whenever we are back in Pistoia, we will book a room here.

Review 10：Pistoia is great small city, and unfortunatly I did not have time see all. But Locanda S.Marco is great location and old part of city is just 2min of walk. It will be great to visit once more time. I will be back :)

Review 12：Breakfast was great and reception staff helpful. Close to centre of old town. Nice kitchen and courtyard. Back up the road and around the corner is a fantastic take away with cooked meats, roast vegetables and of course pizzas.

Review 13：Would have liked a better view from my window which overloooked the street. Hence a bit loud, but i wasnt disturbed in the least at night.

Review 17：We stayed two nights in this wonderful Locanda ,ten minute walk from the center of the City. The room was very quiet and spacious also the lovely bathroom, a great surprise was the charming terrace we had leading from our room, it was so quiet and so near the center., also the kitchen we could use to make tea ,coffee and cold drinks at our disposel if we wished. Breakfast was served in a charming breakfast room and was abundant,very nice. I would recommend this Locanda and would definitely stay here again when visiting Pistoia. Lorenzo was very helpful.

Review 18：We had a small room and the small bathroom didn't have good ventilation. The room was on the street side and so quite a lot of traffic noise, so couldn't have the window open. Privacy also an issue with this. There are other rooms which may be better for size, noise etc. Breakfast was only adequate. We did come away from the hotel minus a Kathmandu jacket which was left in a basket in the lobby while we went to get our car from the car park which was about 5 mins walk away. The parking spaces are not easy to find either.

Review 31：We were delighted with: the romance of an historic building; the very friendly, very helpful staff; free nearby parking; the easy ten minute walk to the central Piazza; our charming room and excellent en suite bathroom; the beautiful courtyard; the blissful second floor terrace that overlooked the courtyard; the free access to a modern kitchenette in which courtesy coffee and tea were on offer; a good breakfast in an attractive room that opened unto the courtyard. Review 36：The location was great and so close to everything. There seems to be a market on Wednesday and Saturday I think it is and it so close to that and all the other sights. Staff were lovely.
