Review 1：Would have preferred to be slightly closer to the beach. Not bad though, as it was only a 5-10min walk.

Review 2：Breakfasts were great. The staff was wonderful. One of the front desk ladies called a delivery pizza place for us and even set us up with silverware in the dining area.

If you're looking for a low-key base from which to explore the region, this is a very good choice. I only wish we had booked more time here rather than the big, cheesy over-priced resort in Villasimius that we went to next.

Review 16：Hotel is in a very good location, close to the sea and restaurants. A lot of beautiful beaches are easily accessible by car. Half of the day you can be in one beach and the other half in another. Beaches are completely different in terms of environment, e.g. mountains, sand, rocks, etc. Breakfast is served outside in a nice small garden and is really of a good quality. Staff is very friendly.

Review 17：The English speaking staff was really very helpfull and friendly. The room was large enough, with lots of space for personal items. It was clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfast was very tastefull with local pastries, ham and cheese. The hotel is close to the beach and the restaurants.

Review 18：This is a lovely property. I was made to feel as if I were the only guest. The location makes for a great base for the surrounding areas beaches and attractions. The rooms were well appointed and quite comfortable. Breakfast in the garden was beautiful and serene. Letizia, the young lady at the front desk, was extremely helpful in every way. Location very good - walking distance to small nice beach and restaurants (La Baia is very nice). We had a room from car parking side (it was quite and comfortable).

Review 38：The room walls are not thick enough for sound-insulation, and this is not helped by the tiled floors - I could hear the people talking and later snoring next door, also the cleaner started early and could be heard crashing around outside the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and the receptionist's English exceptionally good. While you are here you MUST go to the nearby restaurant called Lucitta - it is STUNNINGLY good. I would recommend the seafood sampler menu of 5 courses (plus two bonus taster dishes), the €36 price is great value for the quality. The food is lovingly prepared to an exceptional standard and every course left me wanting more.

Thelocation is great with the beach and restaurants within 5 minutes'walk away. Lucitta is a highly recommended restaurant if you are intogourmet tasting menu. If you drive, you can get into the center ofArbatax also in few minutes from the hotel. The staff at the hotel isvery helpful in providing information about different available toursand suggestions for various routes to visit around. It is also helpfulto have someone available at the reception till late (2300 hours).

Review 60：In the morning there was some problem with the water for about an hour -it was cold. However, after the breakfast the water was hot again andthe staff told that it was some incident which was fixed. So it shouldnot happen again :)

Review 61：The hotel is easy to find, located near the (stony) beach in the quitecountryside. We did not swim in the beach so I cannot comment on it.The hotel staff spoke English. Also, they gave us the discount to use at the nearby La Baia restaurant-pizzeria. There we took delicious pizza (normal one is really a huge one for just 6-8 eur), local wine and some bear. The price was very affordable and the service was lovely. The restaurant is famous by locals so it can be crowded (there was even whole families having a dinner there on Sunday 21 PM). Breakfast in the hotel was rich and tasty, especially homemade cake. My wife loved it :) To sum up - we used this hotel for an overnight sleep and it was more than we expected.

Review 70：Lovely, charming small hotel in Porto Frailis, a five minute walk away from the south beach near Arbatax. After arriving by Trenino Verde, it took us about 15 minutes by foot to reach this hotel. Very friendly, helpful (and beautiful) hostess, perfect and extensive breakfast, that you can enjoy on their terrace.

Review 71：Although there were 2 single beds in the room, there was only oneblanket, but we did manage to acquire a second from a helpfulreceptionist. There was a telephone but it was not attached to anythingand had no leads(not that we wished to make any external calls since wehad mobiles) . The plastic soap holder/shelf which was part of theshower fitting, was broken with an exposed edge. These are not majorissues and did not affect the enjoyment of our stay.
