Review 1：Slight noise from the motorway

Review 2：very pleasant and kind staff, especially at breakfast. Breakfast varied and tasty, kind waitresses. Small town, nothing special, but near Sienne, Florence, Pisa, access to the motorway is fast. Beautiful area of Toscana and Chieanti region.

Review 3：There was no music in the lobby or breakfast room. I think playing nice music in the public areas will do wonders for the atmosphere. Compared to other towns, it is a little further away from the tourist attractions but much more affordable.

Review 4：This is quite a luxurious hotel with excellent coffee made for you at breakfast. The room is very nice and clean and has a very modern look with an excellent bed. The parking is right in front of the building. The reception staff speak very good English.

Review 27：Unfortunately we were disappointed: the is not a four star hotel, despite the big display of the four stars at the top of the building. No Wifi in the rooms. Even if the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the decorations, details, and furnishings are cheap. The bathrooms were recently renovated, but with very little attention to detail. The quality of breakfast is low, with stale bread and dry croissants, and the staff yelling to each other across the large room, focused only on getting the tables ready for lunch, and not on providing any service. The hotel caters mostly to large tour groups. One night a tour group arrived at the same floor as our room, and for hours they kept yelling along the hall. The following morning we complained at the reception, we were told that the management cannot do anything to change guests' behaviour, and we were assured that no tour group was expected that evening at our floor. That was true, and during the night we could sleep well. However we were woken up at 7 a.m. the following morning by a member of a tour group looking for a companion who failed to show up at the departure of their bus. So his not very civilized strategy was to bang on all the hotel rooms' doors at 7 a.m., and to yell in the hallways in order to wake everybody up.

Review 28：This hotel is in a good location, and from there it is easy to reach some important touristic places in Tuscany. From our rooms at the fifth floor we had very nice views of the countryside.

Review 29：great location near Sienna, San Gimignano, Firenze. very clean and comfortable room and it seem recently renovated. good breakfast, good room situated on the top floor. helpful and friendly staff.

Review 30：Noise from adjoining rooms, big shock to find a party of around 100 Italian schoolchildren at breakfast that had completely massacred the buffet and were ridiculously noisy - thankfully we were only there one night!
