Review 1：The air conditioning did not work and it was too noisey to keep the window open. There was no where to walk to dinner.
Review 2：The view from our room on the second floor over the valley below was fabulous. The dining room for breakfast was on the third floor so view was even better.

Review 6：Very friendly and helpful English-speaking Reception staff. Very clean. Lots of parking across the road. Bus stop for bus into Palermo nearby. A short drive to car park for Monreale centre.
Review 7：No bad experiences. If you have a car it is better to drive up to Monreale and park rather instead of a rather long walk uphill on a busy road.

Review 9：The wifi did not work at all for me on several devices on either day I was there. Strangely, the front desk clerk was able to get on the wifi, but I never was. The room was quite cold and difficult to warm up. The mattress is a bit tough.
Review 10：The view from the hotel was very nice, the staff was helpful (speaking several languages), and the breakfast was adequate. Ample parking is available and it is not located far from the beautiful historical center of Monreale.
Review 11：The room was not the one they showed on booking.com, which was much larger. This is simply a con which did not occur with any other B&B/ Hotel. The hotel is shabby but most of the things you are looking for are there. BUT our air con kept getting turned off. it is pretty frustrating getting up at 2 to get it turned back on.

Review 16：Easy to drive to and Parking free right at hotel, with easy drive to parking area where leave car and walk up stairway to the DUOMO. Lovely comfortable room, nice bathroom, great breakfast, beautiful pool, excellent dinner at hotel. Can't beat the location and view!

Review 21：The location is a little far away from the downtown of the city, but having a car its not a problem. It is not possible to have dinner and supper in the hotel.
