Review 1：We had a lovely time staying 11 nights at this wonderful location. Monica, Massimo, Sean (and 'Tequila') offered us an an extremely warm welcome and this continued throughout our stay. Really genuine and lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we learn't a lot about the farm and surrounding area. All the food, mostly produced on their own land, was well presented and cooked with passion, of course with good wine and beer! Good location to stay a while or when paasing through on your travels. Very good value overall Excellent outdoor heated pool to relax in. We hope to return. Try it for yourself, I am sure you won't be disappointed. PS. Fly into Perugia, it is much closer.

Review 5：This is a wonderful retreat, offering peace and tranquility within easy reach of Rome, Pisa! Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto...... So you can laze by the pool and/or dash around the region, sightseeing. We stayed in the cottage which has its own terrace with chairs and table overlooking the Umbrian countryside. Whatever you choose, Monika and Massimo will cater to your every need with effortless hospitality and kindness.

Review 8：Super friendly owners look after you so well and helpful with any questions or information you need. Beautiful house and grounds. Lovely breakfast with fresh products and great coffee macheine. Everything about this stay is great from the automatic gates, impressive driveway, friendly dogs and relaxing stay, big comfortable room with small balcony and a beautiful bathroom with extra sized shower!

Review 9：It is at least a half hour drive to any other city other than Città delle Pieve, but centrally located among many interesting cities. I loved it all.

Review 10：The accommodations were spacious, clean, comfortable and had great views. The proprietors, Monica and Massimo, were welcoming, nice, available, flexible, helpful, and spent time with us to help us practice our Italian. They were exceptional hosts. The agriturismo is located near Città delle Pieve so it is possible to visit Orvieto, Assisi, Cortona, Perugia, Arezzo and other places from there. You must have a car to stay here as it is not walking distance to Città delle Pieve. The owners both were available and let us come and go as we wanted. There was no pressure to have dinner at the place, but it was a very good price if you did.

Everything we needed was available and already thought of in advance. The Farm house is beautifully decorated and feels brand new inside. The views are stunning. We were taking day trips, exploring Florence, Siena, Assisi, Orvieto... and it was perfect. You will need a car for that and you will find plenty of parking available at Tenuta Il Casone. Highly recommend and will gladly go back. Thank you Massimo and Monica for your hospitality!

Review 16：Wonderful hosts. Willing and helpful and great cooks! We were a party of7 over 3 generations and we all loved it - grandparents in the mainhouse and the rest in the self contained annex. Great for sleeping in!Kids enjoyed exploring in the woods. We had cars which you do need.
