Review 1：the breakfast selection was limited: croissants, biscuits, yogurt. there was a coffee machine for hot drinks, which was really disappointing: given that Italy is the home of good coffee I sould have preferred to have coffee properly brewed rather than out of a common machine.

Review 2：Thelocatoin is convenient to visit the local attractions: valle dei templi, pirandello's home and scala dei turchi. onsite parking is very convenient

Review 3：Difficult to find. We were not expecting to drive though the forecourt of a petrol station, for accessing the hotel. This was not a problem once we knew where the hotel was. Easy when you knew that piece of information.

Room dark and empty. No paintings.Absolute disgrace calling themselves a 3 star. Poor shower and no fan in bathroom.

Review 11：The hotel is next to a petrol station what we didn't expect. It is not too close to Agrigento or the famous beach (Turchi). I couldn't join to the WIFI in the room, only in the hall, what was very annoying.

Review 15：The outside swimming pool rules are ridiculous : walk only with shoes around and to/from the pool, compulsory bathing cap, no diving, etc. I also had a fight with the swimming pool instructor who simply puts frightenned kids into the water while screaming ! A 3 y-o girl had her head put down into the water 3 times while crying her heart out, mouth open and trying to reach the firm ground ! I noticed the staff but they didnt seem to care. How can he get away with that ?!?

Review 16：The wifi was not working well, it could only be used in the lobby and with a lot of patience. When we told the reception about this, the man was very short with us. Also the location is not so interesting, next to a very busy road. Beach is close, but still unreachable by foot. The parking lot is overcrowded.

Review 18：Was very hard to connect to the Wi-Fi working, once it connects it works well, The breakfast almost don't have any fruits and the cakes need a little more attention, as well as some bread choices

Review 20：Old dated place. Lifts in terrible state. Constantly stopping. Can hear people in next room as if inside your room. Shower too small. Shower door only opens about 30cm making it difficult to enter/exit.

Review 22：The elevator is rather unpredictable - we even got stuck once (the elevator got stuck in our floor and wouldn't open the door. We then have gone to the ground floor again and changed the elevator). There also were very loud neighbors at night and loud cleaning ladies in the morning.

Review 29：The TV wasn't working then they moved us to a room without the bed for the baby. When we complained they said sorry you will have to choose between the tv or the additional bed, but they didn't offer any discount for that, which was what we paid.

Review 69：The staff gave us a different room compared to what we booked; we had tochange the room immediately after our arrival because the room they gavewas aweful, with a window on the gas station; we paied 170 € for theroom and it was not properly clean; in addition the conditioner was notworking even if they told us when we decided to change the room and weneeded to ask for ventilator the second day; in addition there was amessy and noisy party in the swimmingpool till 3:00 am and wecodn''t sleep. Average breakfast and overall bad customer care.
