Review 1：Food , Buffet spread was uninspiring , Quality of food was average , Service was very slow. No Wifi in the rooms , only available in Lobby area.

Review 3：Billing staff need improvements. Others bill posted in my name and it took some time to sort it out. No invoice given for the amount paid!

Review 5：I have stayed here 3 time previous and have always been happy but this time my room was ground floor near the pool.. The room had an overwhelming smell of damp and reminded me of a very cheap Blackpool hotel that I stayed in.. (In my younger days) My room was in need of a major refurb!! Also, a rat ran across my feet when I was relaxing at the bar!! The staff at Club Mahindra know my face and for the life of me I cannot understand as to why they didn't put me in a more peaceful room.. I apologise for having to put this into words.. I was also considering joining Club Mahindra.. I will never step foot in this hotel again..
