Review 1：I've returned again and again. This is the best place to begin (or end) your Moto Guzzi ride (that is, if your ride starts at Agostini in Mandello del Lario).

Review 8：The rooms we stayed was one the second and third floor.My husband was quite exhausted to get our luggage up there, as you can't park in front of the apartment. And the lake view , you can not see much of it. because the place we stayed had a building in front of us.

Review 9：A clean basic room with a nice shower. In a very quiet small village. We stayed the when we were visiting lake como. Nice park in 3 minutes distance, just beside the beautiful Lake. There was a great restaurant by the lake, perfect for a really relaxing holliday.

We came in late at night and she made us feel at home and I even requested a bottle of wine which she promptly provided. Will definitely stay here again and experience being part of a quaint Italian village by the lakeside.

Review 20：The apartment is set over 3 floors with the top floor being a kitchen with a good size patio with views over rooftops to Lake Como. The kitchen also has a table and views out the window. The lounge area is one floor down and the bedroom and bathroom below this. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The wifi worked well. Breakfast is across the road in a charming courtyard at the owners restaurant. The coffee was great and there were plenty of breakfast options. Parking is off sight in a free parking area. Easy walk to the ferry and restaurants.

Review 21：The atmosphere, the decor, the staff, the food and the welcome. Just a fabulous experience. Parking is not easy but you are in the middle of an old town built long before a car was invented and we were able to get the car to the door to load up. Our rooms were not en suite but no hardship and a tiny price to pay for one of the nicest places i have ever stayed at. Loved every minute of it.

Interesting wine store where you can go and choose your bottle for dinner

Review 33：This was far and away one of the best places we stayed on our three-week trip to Italy. The hotel is a series of apartments around the town square in Mandello del Lario, a gorgeous small town on the banks of Lake Como. We had a lovely apartment with a lake view and balcony that was very spacious and clean; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. The hotel serves a great breakfast in the mornings at their main reception area, and they also operate a restaurant in the evenings that serves delicious pasta and main dishes. We cannot recommend this place enough; we really enjoyed it and look forward to our return!

Review 45：Our stay in this b&b can only be described as "excellent". We are a young couple travelling around Italy, and thus we've stayed in many b&b during our holiday. This one has been with no doubt the best one. The location is perfect to visit Lago di Como. In Mandello del Lario you are very well connected to all main places, but still in a tiny Italian village out of the touristic chaos. However, the best thing about this b&b is the people who own it. They took care of us as if we were relatives, always there to answer our questions about the area, offering us discounts at the restaurant or giving us all the necessary to enjoy an evening picnic at the shore of the lake. As a passionate traveller, I would really recommend this place to everyone.

Review 46：We had great difficulty connecting to WiFi. The staff tried to resolve but was unable to while we were there (we were only 2 nights). Our apartment was over a bar and quite noisy at until late at night.

Review 49：The only downside was the train system, some trains came early, almost all were late, on two occasions the train did not show up at all! I would suggest hiring a car or using the ferry system. If you do use the trains, prepare at least an extra 40min.

Review 50：My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at here in July. The staff are wonderful and even offered to collect us from Lecco when we were stuck there on our first night. They are easy going and will help with anything you need. The rooms are very clean and adequate. Our view was lovely! We had a great stay!

Review 82：From the description of their concept on their website, and the name (mamma ciccia) I had hoped for a warmer atmosfere, but on arrival the female owner seemed rather distant and not interested in the guests. Next day was a bit better, but not enough.

Review 86：Unfortunately, the trains are not frequent, and stop only briefly. There is no tourist information office or place where tourists can seek information for Mandello del Lario or Lake Como generally. The B&B is just up from the ferry dock, but the ferries do not come to Mandello, except on Sundays, until June of each year. This means needing to catch trains to the next town (about 1/2 hr north of Mandello) or travelling to Como by train to use the ferry service to connect to other towns on the lake. However, it is a great place for peace and quiet, and I suspect it is the only accommodation available for tourists. Travelling that bit more to see the sites, is perhaps a small rice to pay for peace in a non tourist area.

Review 87：Attention to detail as far as possible for a small concern. It is a B&B and does have a family and community atmosphere, with the community in invited to eat for three meals a day at their small restaurant along with paying guests of B&B. The township is quite as is the room when their are no guest in the restaurant outside in the courtyard, and the church bells which are nearby. Personally, I liked the church bells. The staff were obliging and helpful, between being busy with the restaurant and very personable and pleasant. The scenery around Lake Como is magnificent.

My advice would be to make this your final hotel of your itinerary--this is where you'll want to wind down and relax. Review 97：Everything! It was the best place where we stayed during our 10 days trip. Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful. You feel there like at home. the place is located just in te center of Mandello. Besides the rooms to sleep owners have their own restaurant and wine place. Food is really delicious, so does wine!:) Rooms are spacious, and neat. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Morover owners have the bikes, which you can rent for free and eg see the town. I strongly recommend it. I really enjoyed the stay there and if u ever go to Mandello for sure you need to stay there. you won't regret it!!

Review 98：The room was located right above th street and was a. It noisy - especially in the evening. There was no ac, which forsed us to open the window - and hear the people out side. Although the location was nice, there wasn't any parking space - and on our first day it was a challenge to find one close by
