Review 1：The breakfast very poor, could be much better

Review 2：The best of this hotel is the location. It is 5 minutes walking from old town and 15 minutes walking from the most visited squar in the old town Viterbo

Review 4：We had three women staying together in a triple room. The room was a very good size for the three of us with a good size bathroom. It also had a nice balcony which we enjoyed it. We loved having breakfast included in the price of our room.

Review 5：Only there for one night enroute to Tuscany so really can't say - car wreck was a distraction!

Review 6：Cristina delivered the best help after our rental car was damaged and needed to be replaced. She was my angel and went far and beyond to aid me. Her English is excellent and her kindness superb. Room was very comfortable and hotel an easy walk to the old part of town.

Review 7：This is not a 4 star hotel. It has not been renovated since the early 80's, and some parts haven't been cleaned since then either. Smells awful, looks bad. There's nothing wrong with this if it's a non-rated motel for 30€ but asvertising this as a 4 star hotel and charging 100€ for a night is ridiculous.

Review 9：the bed was to exposed to the room door(in my opinion they should try to put some sort of curtains to provide a bit more intimity. The mirrow light in the bathroom must be repared
