Review 1：Hotel and rooms are very worn down, sometimes this can be described as "character" but not really in this case. More of a business type hotel than a charming family-run place that one finds in smaller European towns.

Review 32：The modern hotel is in a nice location, a 15 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk into old town. The room was very comfortable and nice modern bathroom. It overlooked a busy street leading into a main piazza and was the only one without a balcony but was quite. The bathroom was modern, clean and nice. There was room to put away things. There was a desk with an outlet for a laptop and the wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were very nice and I think spoke English well but let me speak my broken Italian with grace. There are several fixed price restaurants near by and are an excellent value but be warned only on weekdays. Breakfast was good and served by an friendly and kind young lady.Up the street is an open market which is fun to look at and buy some fresh fruit or vegetable for a picnic. A definitely nice place to stay and I would stay there again when I come back to Viterbo.

Review 33：Despite the fact that the staff was friendly, no one spoke English. At a 3star hotel I would expect at least one of the reception staff to speak some English. There was no high chair for young child/baby in the dining area where breakfast was served!! The breakfast itself was very basic, a lot of sweet pastries, not one fruit or vegetable which should be available. It was cold in our room and hot water wasn't available during all day to have a shower. We visited in December so I expect the heating to be working. I had to ask reception few times a day to put the heating on as it was controlled by them. The wifi did not work consistently. Overall, I would not recommend the hotel, unless the above is improved.

Review 42：This hotel has been decorated in a 1980s contemporary/Art Deco style which is still pristine. We love the pink leather sofas in the entry-lounge area! There is also a lovely roof deck, a great place to watch the town wake up.
