Review 1：the food in the hotel, while nice, was sometimes hard to come by. we were not informed on check in that dinner had to be pre booked and could in fact be booked out.

Review 2：the scenery is amazing. the hotel sits on one of the pretties landscapes i've ever seen. the swimming pool and private beach are incredible.

Review 3：had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on our first night. the food was really inedible. never went back to their restaurant again except for the breakfast buffet, which was okay.

Review 4：did not like most everything about this hotel, with the exception of a few of the staff at the front desk, who were very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Review 5：High rotation of clients style of hotel. A very complicated dinner service for the half-pension clients, long lasting dinners are served, usually taking 1:20h to get it done. Menu offered is interesting but, incredibly, only one style of spaghetti, in this case "alle vongole" is the only option so lovers of pasta must imperatively like sea food. The beach of the hotel is very pleasant but has little possibilities for a good swim due to be fully covered by large stones in very shallow waters. Only one sea entry possible through a pier. The blanket offered in my room (107) was a rag, and the linen on bed by end of September is unsatisfactory. I felt cold and seriously disgusted by the low quality blanket and by the little comfort of the bed which forced me to ask for an over mattress to get a bit more cosy in bed. In this matter, this hotel is 2 stars hotel.

Review 6：The location of the hotel is in a calm area of the Alghero region, close to very nice sandy beaches. A very good breakfast is served in the main building. We stayed 10 days at the very nearest to the swimming pool so it was a very pleasant room With garden view and easy assess to the surroundings. Mainly the half-pension is a well balanced dietary offer. There is good quality sandwiches and snacks for lunch time at the swimming pool bar.

Review 7：The beach is stony but we new that, we just wanted some place not in the city Alghero itself The towels in bathroom smell not nice No kettle in the rooms. Usually rom my experience you get the kettle in the room with the cups and small packets of tea and coffee The walls in the room had some dirty stains

Review 8：The location is lovely as the hotel situated beside the sea and it was a very quiet place. Also the breakfast and the dinner were on high level!

Review 9：Restaurant menu (dinner) was always the same. So after a week you were tired of eating the same stuff. I suggest they introduce specials every night to make the menu more varied (same with the breakfast)

Review 11：The hotel rented the dining room and the place near the hotel beach for the wedding celebration. We have do dine in the old not renovated dining room in the first floor. We also couldn't sleep because of very loud music. When we complained the stuff was very arogant.

There is a nice local restaurant within 10 minutes walk and otherwise Alghero is a 15 minute drive and we discovered some amazing restaurants there. It is a big hotel so during peak times it would be very busy.

Review 16：Insane non-stop all day noise from the crickets in the pine trees which lucky did stop at night time. This type of noise might not bother some people but also can be very uncomfortable for others. Salt water swimming pool.

Facilities were very good in general: pool area, private beach right next to garden, pool cafeteria, tennis court, kayaks (free for first 30 mins), pedalos, etc... Free towels for pool and beach area already available in the room at your arrival (most hotels make you pay a deposit or charge you for use)

Review 18：Stayed for 12 nights and got a bit bored with the menu after about a week as it didn't change (however food did taste excellent).

Review 19：Very relaxing hotel in a beautiful position overlooking the bay. Lovely sunsets. Local bus service to town about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A fantastic 'get away from it all' location. Nice pool and private beach. Scuba diving school and excursions on site.

Review 20：The first day was a complete disaster. Don't stay in the rooms that are in the same building as room 955. The main water pump is attached directly to the wall of the building and every 10 sec there is a loud banging noise. We couldn't sleep at all the first night. They changed the room the next day and didn't charge us for the first night, but it's still unpleasant. The front desk staff did the best they could. When we arrived no one even offered to help us with the luggage, the glasses in the rooms were dirty and I had to go to the bar to change them. Every day the pajamas left on the bed were thrown on top of the suitcases and left like that, there was no soap in the room for 2 days and no one ever washed or changed the glasses in the rooms no matter what. All in all, this is not a 4 star hotel and don't expect it to be. it is very expensive for what it actually is. For this kind of cash you can find superb accommodation at a great B&B.

Review 22：it is very difficult to sleep well because the Aircondition is much too loud, opening the door means to hear the very loud Music until much after midnight and at 4 am the cicades begin to make much noise. The Food of the Restaurant is expensive and not really good, in whole the relation between the Price and the comfort is not satisfactory

Review 24：18 year for borrowing everything except from tennis equ. We have two boys age 15 and 13 and they could not borrow boats or use the fitness room with any special deals. Beach was not good.

Review 26：Having booked dinner in the hotel restaurant on one of our 3 nights we felt distinctly unwelcomed. Not only was there no sign of our booking but the waiter who eventually took notice of us made no apologies but more or less implied that it was our fault He then showed us to a table without asking if that table was okay. While we accepted his explanation that the nice tables nearer the window were reserved for guests with half board and longer periods of stay, we still decided against dining there and then had a lovely dinner outside in the restaurant down the road.

Review 27：The location is beautiful, especially if you don't particularly want to swim in the sea from the hotel beach as the water is not deep enough there for proper swimming.

Review 28：our stay at the conte rosada hotel was on the half board basis the evening meal was very nouvelle cuisine. The hotel caters for weddings and other functions on these occasions the holiday guests are catered for by the way of a BBQ, which consists of a piglet with more bone than meat, half a roast potato and a ring of courgette.

Told season did not start until June .could not purchase bus tickets at reception for public transport. Had to buy them in hotel nextdoor We needed to hire car to explore island but price at reception was three times price quoted by Ryanair when booking !

Review 45：A couple of minor points: Food was very good; breakfast standard buffet great if you enjoy pastries etc. Evening meal was good if a little on the small side (portions) - couldnt really complain though. We found the staff to be extremely helpful; although on arrival we were unfortunate to have a male receptionist (Alberto) who was very unhelpful and a guy who was the bar manager - we seriously considered leaving the next day after their very poor customer/communication skills - but this was exceptional behaviour as the rest of the staff were excellent and we were glad we stayed.

Review 46：Beautiful island, Sardinias are very warm and hospitable. Hotel is lovely; beautiful surroundings and staff for 95% of time were excellent; particularly Catering, Housekeeping & female receptionists. The staff were very accommodating and informative about where to visit. The hotel is ideal for families with children and is an ideal place to wind down - its not a party place and we found after 11.30pm everyone had retired to their room. Its a good idea to hire a car as the island has spectacular scenery. We would return again but maybe bring a couple of extra friends/family.

Review 47：Very little English spoken apart from reception and waiters. Drinksdear, beer €5.50 for large glass, €3 bottle beer, rocky in the sea,could only swim from the steps on the jetty .not suitable for childrento swim in, suitable for paddling only if your not a good swimmer. Nofrench fries with grill, grill consists of meat, salad or veg and basketof bread. A la carte menu in main restaurant did not really cater forirish and english tastes, menu had mostly sea food dishes, clams,mussles, sword fish etc pets allowed, potential for dogs to bark atnight, although any dogs we saw were on leads quite isolated, only oneother hotel nearby few yards down the beach, no shop that sold snacks ordrinks near that we found no english speaking channels on the lovelyflat screen tv no information booklet in the room. No markings on sideof pool to inform you how deep it was at various places. Glad we werethere without the kids as we would have been forced to hire a car and itwould have been difficult enough to feed them and they would havecomplained about the sea being rocky, it would be fine for smallchildren who enjoy playing in the sand and paddling at the waters edge,however my girls are 9 and 14. €40 euro cab fair to airport during thenight and €30 to city Alghero (15 to 20 mins away )during the day.

Excellent breakfast choice buffetstyle 7.30 to 9.30am Small shop on site that sold sun cream, gifts,flip flops,newspapers, tshirts, car and bike hire etc bus to algherostops at hotel gate €5 per day, €20 for the week, tickets bought atreception, car park free if you have hired a car . hotel itself is insuch an idyllic spot, scenery is breathtaking, plenty of sun loungersavailable, hotel is situated on the beach. Water is warm ,clean sandybeach with clear water and long jetty, pedalos and kayaks for hirefrom lifeguard. Light breeze to counteract the then 34 degrees.veryrelaxing holiday ,made to feel very special by hotel staff. We weregiven take away breakfasts on the last morning due to very earlyflight with ryan air, only 15 mins away from airport but never heardan airplane during our stay

Review 49：We were travelling by car so location is perfect for visiting Algherto and Grotte di Nettuno. Views of the sea, mountains, little dock of Porto Conte are wonderful. Room was nice and modern with terrace over viewing green garden and pine threes. We also had a very romantic dinner in a restaurant just on the seaside. Food and service were great! We would definitely come back!

Poor choice of food at the bar for lunch and serving was inconsistent, some people got bread with their meal, some got potato chips with their drinks, whilst others did not.....

Review 60：The wi-fi didn't work, and the staff said every day, that it might work tomorrow, tomorrow and so on. It worked in our last evening. This was not good for us, because we had booked the hotel, because it had free internet in public areas. We were not informed about what we could do, if we needed the wi-fi for work for instance. When we told them, that we had paid for the wi-fi, they said, that it was free. This is not true of course, because we booked a hotel with internet, beds, pool, toilet and so on. It was in a package. If you haven't booked full board, you must drive to Alghero or a nearby restaurant for dinner. They had a grill, where you could by dinner, but this would not be ok for 7 nights in a row. You would like to eat something else. And one night the grill was closed.

Review 61：The beach and pool facilities were nice. You can not walk directly into the water though, because there are stones in the water, but you could walk out on the pear. You could rent a canoe and a bicycle boat for free (1/2) for instance, the towels were free (deposit), and you could change the towels every day. There was a tennis court, that we used almost every day. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was nice, but not all of them were too informative. Especially one guy did only answer yes or no. No extra information ;) But the others were nice.

Review 110：The whole experience was fantastic. The staff could not be more accommodating and everything was perfect. The food was amazing. We travel extensively and stay in many hotels but this is the best place we have every stayed.

Review 111：Poor selection of meals for vegetarians, especially breakfast that had rather poor selection of foods in general. This does not mean the food prepared was not tasty – on the contrary, it was very good. Remote location does however mean you need a car or a bike to get anywhere and renting those was not available nearby.

Review 114：Stunning hotel with fantastic staff. Had no problem finding it because once booked they emailed to offer to arrange a car to pick us up. Perfect. Recommended restaurant was superb. Our room was very comfortable, especially the beds and the bathroom was excellent with good quality toiletries provided. The breakfast was selection of breads, sliced meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts etc. with excellent coffee. The free Wifi worked fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back soon.

Review 122：On the pictures the hotel appears as a small luxury hotel. In fact in myopinion it is more a typical family resort out of the catalogue. Theroom was quite nice but always a little bit smelly.The facilities like the pool or tennis court are a bit nagged. Due to all the kids it was very loud, even in the rooms. We paid ten Euros for a two tiny Cokes at the pool bar. As there is no supermarket nearby you should have a car to avoid these snack prices. We paid almost 300 Euro for just two days in a standard room. After all it is always an individual piont of view. But acutally for that charge we have expected something different.
