Review 1：No English speaking staff (very little), decoration and facilities are out dated.

Review 2：Wonderful breakfast (many gluten-free and lactose free items), location (for business), staff friendliness, treatment.

Review 3：Hotel was comfortable with good facilities and well located for our visit to Monfalcone. Excellent staff and good food. Although on the road it was quiet and had a nice garden to relax in.

Review 4：In the middle of being renovated externally so we didn't know it was our hotel as all the signs had been temporarily removed. It's a long walk from the centre.

Review 6：The rooms are dated and It is a long way from the centre. About a 30 minute walk along busy roads. There are building works going on at the hotel until October which is only mentions at the bottom of the hotel description so we were not aware at point of booking.

Review 7：The room was large and clean although rather dated. The bonus for us was the pool which we had to ourselves. Otherwise the hotel just did the job we were there for. A night before an early flight.

Review 8：Location of property was not an easy walk into town or to any restaurant since the property restaurant was not open at our time of check in. Did not know property was under renovation.
