Review 1：The staff were pleasant but not overly enthusiastic. Also, there was no ironing facilities in the room because of "safety" which was pretty silly. I have never paid for a hotel in my life that didn't have an iron. Air conditioning did not seem to work.

Review 11：The hotel is situated in an old monastery in the middle of the old townof Cittâ di Castello. Nicely renovated building with old furniture andtapestry in the gangways. Rooms are modern, well equipped and clean.Staff distinguished helpful (old-fashioned 5 star) which fits with thestyle of the hotel. Free Wifi and free parking in front of the hotel(only 4 parking lots). Well equipped small fitness room. Good breakfastwith plenty of choices. A nice place to stay in a medivial town a bitaway from the main tourist sites. Plenty of restaurant choices inwalking distance.
Review 12：Excellent hotel, right in the heart of the old town. Very friendly staff. Only drawback is the car park, it is extremely busy, but the staff are available to help find you a space and shuffle around cars if necessary. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel
