Review 1：Everything except it would be nice to have a coffee maker and glasses in the room. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I'd never previously experienced a hotel room so quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Review 2：Location is in a very boring area without a view or anything to do nearby. Staff wasn't much help with that. Thin walls made for a noisy evening. Sketchy internet service.

Review 4：We asked a water boiler, and the staff said that she will prepare it for us when we come back later. But she didn't !! She told us that usually only in the superior room contain tea kit and there is no more boiler. In the shower room, there is no hot water at all , so that we have to change to another room. Then in the new room we found the water boiler..... and unfortunately in this new room's heater doesn't work....

Review 5：They always stick us in a corner room and the wifi is always a hassle.

Review 6：The young employee Margherita was the best thing about the hotel this time as we have visited several times. She was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate a need of ours.

Review 7：All the staff were very friendly and at the same time efficient. The cleaning of our room was superb and we were very impressed by the sweets on the bed each day and the free mini-bar.

Review 8：We liked everything. If you are visiting Tarquinia, Civita da Bagnoregio, Orveito or any of the other wonderful places 30 minutes or so from this Hotel, stay here. We stayed in this Hotel and two others in this area, all booked through booking.com, one was more expensive, the other cheaper, they were good as well, however this was the best in every aspect.

Review 11：The hotel is a 15-mins walk, sadly along the busy road, to the old part of Viterbo, so dinners are a bit difficult. Luckily, there is a reasonably genuine Neapolitan pizza just outside the back of the hotel, alas out-looking a parking lot. Not very picturesque.

Review 15：Place of Hotel is near by University of Tuscia, Faculy of Agriculture, very close to a shopping mall and a good restaurant. Also nice and decent Bars are close. By walking historical city center is 20 mins far. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are frienldy. Breakfast was more than satisfactory with the hot beverage service to your tables.

Review 16：The hotel is placed in perfect position in Viterbo. Very close to university, a shopping mall and a really good restorant. 20 mins walking distance to historical center of Viterbo. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Review 19：We were traveling at night and the hotel is just a little difficult to find but if you look for the signs to Ipercoop, and also look for a tall building lit up in the evening, you will eventually work your way there. But this is a small thing.

Review 22：Wifi was quite good in room. Staff was remarkably friendly (= above normal to be expected friendliness). The room is big, luxurious and comes with a relatively gigantic balcony. The contents of the minibar are for free. The breakfast is okay. The hotel is located outside the centre, but it's easily reachable within 6 minutes by car.

Review 24：Everything. The room was perfect; clean and fresh, everything that was needed was provided, excellent parking facilities, friendly and helpfull staff, wifi working as intented. We wanted to make a stop in Viterbo for one night, but we were so pleased with the hotel that we decided to extend our reservation for one more night.

Review 25：Nothing to dislike really. We weren't sure if the air conditioning (in room 308) was working or not but the window provided adequate ventilation.

Review 26：I needed somewhere as a base to visit the surrounding area with my two sons. The Best Western offered reasonable value and a high degree of comfort. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to explain the routes to the places we visited and answered all our questions in a professional but pleasant manner.

Review 55：It was 20 degrees outside, still the central heating system was on. It was impossible to sleep because the room was way too hot. I told it the staff and they told me to leave the window open, which was not enough.

Review 59：There is only one place around, where it's possible to go by foot to have dinner. And it's pizzeria, not very nice one. The bath was not very clean, maybe because it's rather old one. Rooms are not soundproof: it was even possible to hear man's snoring in the next room. During windy days and nights it was very cold in the room.

Review 66：Everything about the hotel. It takes approx 15-20 mins to walk into the town but well worth the walk. More difficult navigating the one way road system. Rooms are very comfortable and of an excellent standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast good.

Review 67：Bed matresses in our room were too hard. With my back condition I had to use the extra bed which was softer. My wife and son slept well but also found the matresses a bit uncomfortable.

Waiters were helpful andf polite with italians, but we and other foreigners felt discrimination (even though we speak italian fluently) - in contrast with other tables we were not offered coffee options (like in many hotels coffee, cappucino etc. is prepared by barman) and waiters were not removing used dishes and garbage from the tables. There were 3 tables with foreigners during our breakfast time and we noticed that them all faced similar ignorance - absolutely unacceptable for global hotel chain!

Review 79：The friendly staff who were able to help in very way. Eugenio in particular helped us out when we were lost in the early hours of the morning when we were trying to locate the Hotel. As he was able to communicate with us in English it was a godsend. All aspects of the hotel were of a high standard, exceptionally clean and also had a friendly atmosphere. Our only criticism would be a larger sign at the end of the road where the ipercoop is sited - it is a very small sign and not illuminated. We are unsure if there are any special deals for returning customers where some other Hotel chains have Loyalty schemes. Review 80：While this hotel is not located in a position within easy walking distance of the historic center, if you have a car, it is a great hotel to stay at. It has free parking, and the easy access to the main roadways makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding villages and historical sites. We've stayed twice here now, and have been very happy with the hotel.

Review 81：This hotel is very modern & has clean spacious rooms. It is located 5 min. by car from the medieval city. They have a very nice breakfast & free parking. They have wifi & a computer with printer which came in handy for printing boarding passes all complimentary. Very good value.
