Review 1：You could hear the road from the room and had to put the airconditioner on to drown out the noise. The room looked like it was something out of the 70's and the bed was old and tatty, seriously needed updating. Smoke drifted into the room from outside when someone in the next room was smoking outside their room - big turn off. You could hear everything going on outside talking road nosie people coming and going etc Even though we visted over the Xmas break I thought the cost of the venue was a little steep for what it was

Review 5：the sink was cracked and stained, air conditioner was noisy and not very efficient, the lip on the entrance to the shower was dangerous I think it was supposed to have a door on it but it has broken so they have replaced with a shower curtain, tv remote was cracked in half and been stuck together with sticky tape. Paint off wall, hairdryer overheated within a min then stopped working. When I checked out I was going to point out some of these things out, waited around 10 mins then l left keys on bench as no one was around. its just a bit tired meeds some tlc.

Review 9：The tv reception was awful. The bookings was for 2 double rooms at $85 per room but they had me down for 3 family rooms at $170 per night also one room was right along side the bbq area with cigarett buts everywhere
Review 10：-soap dispenser fell off the wall on the first night- not fixed despite advising reception first thing in the morning -nice cups and mugs provided with a tea-towel but only 1 plastic teaspoon yet a note saying we need to wash up - no detergent and only bathroom sink to clean them in.

Review 23：Half an hour into check in... not even that. We requested for a room change as the room we got was a smokers room and that my partner has asthma. We were told its not our problem, the old guy behind the counter was very rude, started verbally abusing us and called the cops on us! Cops were really nice said it wasnt out fault as the owners of the motel are idiots and they always call the cops on customers. Do not stay here, not worth all the trouble! We managed to get a full refund (good thing cops were there) as they were gon keep $60 for cancelation fee, but we asked for it all back as they didnt accept our request for a room change:(

Review 79：It is too dirty. There are lots of baby cockroaches every where even inside the kettle and coffee cups!! . The towels are dirty. I never thinkto book a night in that motel again.

Review 82：My only complaint was that we were in Room 18 and the car park was very squishy. If the people in the one facing the other way needed to go early I doubt they could have done so without waking us up and asking us to move our car.

We were visiting family at Hastings Point and found it difficult to find any reasonable accom there or close by and decided on Tweed Heads and it only took 15-20 minutes to go back and forth for the two days. A niuce weekend was had by us.
