Review 1：The location of the farm was idyllic. Marco and his family made us feel so welcome. They were always on hand to give us advice and gave us fresh veg from their farm. Facilities were fantastic. Can't fault the place.

Excellent facilities especially around the pool, lots of nice extras e g breakfast croissants, tea and coffee, condiments in kitchen, even local biscuits on check out. Very friendly owners with good local knowledge- pistoia about 10min drive away but some smaller shops nearer.

Review 11：We arrived late in the evening and Alessandra and Sonia were there to meet us in the rain, and the next morning arrived at our door with fresh croissants. Our hosts made us very welcome and even gave us a ride into town to pick up our rental. The apartment had plenty of room and the setting looking out over the olive groves was perfect.

Review 15：the location, accommodation and owners were superb. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and stunning views. The owners go out of their way to make everything fabulous, even brought us freshly picked vegetables and walked us to the local ice cream shop and treated us! It is only an 8 min drive to Pistoia and 15 mins to Montecatini Terme. Perfectly located to access plenty of places including Cinque Terre which is only an hours drive away. We will definitely be going back x

The family regularly supprised us with:croissants, home grown vegetables and homemade limonchello. The cottagesare well equipped. Bed and bath linen is provided. Large fridge withfreezer. The pool is spacious as well as the sun terrace. For childrenit is heaven on Earth. Marco and Allesandra do really everything to makeyour holiday perfect. We felt like we were part of the family. Review 22：Everything about our stay at the Podere delle Fanciulle was excellent. The room we stayed in was equipped with everything we could have needed for cooking, the property was beautiful and peacefully set just outside of the center of Pistoia, and most of all, Marco and Sandra who ran the place were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They were so sweet with our two little children, they helped us with directions, provided us with equipment to play on the clay tennis court, and even let us use their washer and dryer. At one point Sandra came by and treated us to plums and lettuce freshly picked on the property. These little touches made our stay just wonderful.

Review 34：Everything is great! This was an over expectations flats. It is a amazing tuscany place with nice view. The family is amazing and is always taking care that everything is good. In addition, Matilde is really kind and made us an amazing tiramisu! This was a great experience and in the future I hope to be back!
Review 35：This Villa Apartments gets a perfect score plus one for me. The couple owners, Marco and Alessandra (the architect and decorator of the villa) were very friendly, sending us champagnes, croissants and tiramisu for our party of 12. Marco is a tennis pro, who also tends to the beautiful gardens and olive farm. From the look of the villa, one will know that they paid attention to every detail.
Review 36：No sunshine on our terrace (appartment 'Camilla'), but plenty of sunshine at the pool You could still see several stains of mosquito's squeezed against the (white) walls by previous guests and some spiderwebs here and there (probably because the ceilings are to high to reach easily).
Review 37：Alessandra & Marco (the owners) were very welcoming, you could ask them anything. Nice and spacious accommodation with a nice design. Nice pool and terrace (it can be very windy though). Ideal when you're looking for a nice and quiet stay (there are only 5 apartments) and if you don't mind cooking yourself (you might as well go for dinner of course, there are a few restaurants in Pistoia). Do rent a car (I don 't think you can even reach the accomodation without a car). Location is good: Florence for example is only half an hour away.

They graciously made a last minute change to ourreservations and when we arrived late with no supper, they brought fruitand wine and freshly baked treats the day we left. They couldn'thave been more hospitable! The unit we stayed in was spacious, clean andbeautifully decorated with everything you could need. The views from thefarm, the pool and grounds were beautiful. We visited the Cinque Terreand Florence both close by. Our only mistake was not being there for alonger segment of our travels but we hope to return someday.
