Review 2：big room, big bathroom, big shower, all top modern, comfortable (good beds) and clean. Free parking just in front the door. Tasteful architecture with an excellent mix of historical and modern style in a quiet atmosphere with outdoor pool gave the best opportunity for a relaxed stay. The welcome and every day handling with the guests was not only good, but outstanding. Ilaria and Christina made us feel like good friends or family. We received very good informations, tips and handmade maps (no Navi needed anymore) during our whole stay Breakfast was good with sweets as fresh cake, fresh fruitsalad, croissants, as well as jam and cereals. But also fresh cheese, ham, rolls, toast and eggs were offered. Also Ilaria offered fresh made omelet or eggs any style. All in all it was one of our best stays ever, not only in Italy - and we travel a lot. The place is a little hidden, but with Navi no problem and absolutely worth to find.

Review 7：this is a brilliant and modern hotel with an excellent restaurant. it seems too cheap to be this good but it really is excellent. we booked it after travelling around Emilia romagna in order to be close to Venice airport but it would be a great location for Venice as the train to Venice is very near and takes not long to get to the main station near piazza roma. it has the added attraction of a good sized pool. try getting these at anything double this price in Venice.

Review 11：Excellent location, the hotel is in the countryside only 20mns away by car from Venezia Piazzale Roma and 30mns away from Padova . The rooms are large well sound proofed very clean well equipped . he beds very comfortable. The staff is so nice and helpful; it doesn't feel being in a hotel but more in a. Luxury Bed and breakfast. The restaurant is great quality especially the meat but a bit expensive (15/25€ per course). I strongly recommend the pizza Valmarana in Mira 10mns away, great Napolitana pizza. Breakfast is ok, you can get scambled eggs if you ask for it (Iwasn' t aware)

Secluded but easy to get to many local towns and cities, small and welcoming yet private and romantic, pool side relaxation and busy city break.Just a few things to note about this beautiful, welcoming hotel...- immaculately clean both in the room, poolside and throughout the hotel- it's incredibly beautiful. modern meets classical. The renovated building is beautifully decorated throughout with exposed beams and brickwork- it's a small family run hotel with only a handful of rooms. So it's nice and chilled. We were the only ones at the pool on the days we were there- the staff were kind, helpful and very welcoming. Illyria spent ages printing off maps and sightseeing locations for our travels and even wrote hand drawn directions to parking and main highways. There is a big book of photographs in the main lobby that shows the how the building was renovated and lovingly built.- We stayed in one of two Jr suites with jacuzzi but had a nose at other rooms which were all beautifully decorated, some walking straight out onto gardens around the hotel.- delicious continental buffet breakfast is served every morning with difference cheeses and freshly made cake every morning along with ham, chorizo, egg, bread, yogurt and cereal- The restaurant is part of the hotel and is full every night so book early. The car park was packed every evening we returned but they rope off parking for hotel guests if you go in and ask.

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly & helpful woman. She gave us information about the trains to Venice and even printed us a schedule. The house and rooms were spotless & very nicely decorated. Our bathroom and shower were a good size. The restaurant was closed as it was Monday but we checked it out and it was beautiful as was the pool and outdoor area. Breakfast was very good and located right across the hall from our room. We were only here for one night & woke up late but didn't feel rushed at all by the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Review 55：The place is perfect. Not a large resort type place. Small cosy and so very comfortable. Located just right so that one can enjoy a short trip to many local towns and take in the lifestyle. The staff is outstanding! Multi-lingual to include English, French, Italian of course, and possible others. The whole staff is outgoing and made our stay one to remember! The location of the place is a bit difficult to find if you are driving there but this does not take away but adds to the splendid experience of our vacation.
