Review 2：I made a booking by accident and 3 minutes later I contacted the hotelvia booking.com to cancel my reservation. The hotel refused citingpolicy. Any hotel so desperate for your cash to be unethical about it isa hotel not worthy of your money in the first place. Spend your moneyelsewhere!!

Review 4：The internet service was not good, had to go through a complicatedprocess to get internet and in the rooms there was no access because itwas far away from the router. We arrived at 00:30 after going to romeand the main gate to access the resort was closed...luckily we had thephone number and called and they gave us the access code to enter. Thiscode should have been given at check in, together with information inthe time the gate closes.
